Staff for the hotel was amazing, the restaurant staff was ridiculous. The security guard helped us with questions about the restaurant while the 2 staff members stood there.the tiki bar is a great idea just doesn't look appealing.

Being ignored by the staff and the restaurant and the lack of food close by since the restaurant there closed at like 8. I also got the garden view which wasn't garden at all a simply view of the back parking lot

We had a wonderful stay. We had a room with nice balcony and 2 beds, it was big enough for our family. We were happy with the beds, because many places have 1 bed + a couch to sleep on, but beds sleep way better. In the room you find a mini fridge + a coffee maker, but there is free coffee and tea in the reception, so that is convenient too. We loved the pool area with bar and restaurant. And the resort is in a good location, only 17 min drive from Siesta Key. And 17 min drive from the Amish restaurant we wanted to visit (yummy!). Furthermore it is close to many shops. Our stay was great and we wouldn't hesitate to go here again.

Was told no pets but saw a couple dogs at pool and way too small to be service dog. One could have been. Also Room 150 had a small dog in room. Ate on-site three times. Food very good but service at bar lacking. Definitely disorganized. Breakfast very good. Very low water pressure in beautiful shower. Doors very noisy in morning, however, we were also by exit door. All staff VERY nice with exception of one lady. Not friendly.

Love the location to the local beaches! The option to have a tiled room (pet friendly) is awesome as I hate carpet. The pool area is very nice! Clean room and everything we needed! Staff was very friendly and accommodating, very nice people!!! Overall a good value and easy to get to the sights, beaches, resturants and interstate! Happy with our stay!

There could be an ice machine in the pet friendly lobby. The walk to the main building isn't really necessary if they added one but it's not far at all. Check out at 10 is an hour early for most places but I called early on the day of checkout for an extra hour. The wifi is terrible in the back rooms, wouldn't be an issue if the cell network worked well (verizon) but it didn't.

The staff was àmazaing. My wife is handicapped and cannot use a shower. When we got to our room we realized it didn't have a tub. I called the front desk and spoke to Amy B. and she immediately moved us to a much nicer room with an incredible jacuzzi tub at no extra charge. I spoke to the manager to let her know how much I appreciated the accommodation. She was phenomenal as well. Because of the staff we had the best stay at a hotel we had ever had. We've decided this will be our go to get away spot.

Loved the rooms and how convenient it was to go from room to pool. The front desk staff were amazing very accommodating especially the night shift and the manager morning shift. Loved how modern and elegant the hotel looked and the fact that there was an inside bar and pool bar. The bartender was awsome even though she was doing 2 jobs in one with a broken foot very impressive.

Didn't like the prices of food compared to the quality of it. Prices were as equal as a 4 star restaurant but the food was the best 3 star. Also it would have been nice to have a jacuzzi when it gets cold at night because the pool is not definitely warm enough to stay in at evenings.

The hotel was lovely. Very clean and welcoming. The staff were great - friendly and helpful! The pool was pretty and clean. The tiki bar and restaurant were very nice. Prices were a little high. Our family would have loved a hot tub by the pool. We appreciated the complimentary coffee in the lobby, however, would have loved tea and fruit water for those who do not like coffee.

Extremely clean and up to date room and whole hotel. Nicole at check in was awesome. Bed was very comfortable. So much nicer than most hotels I've been the last few years. Even the laundry room was top notch.

A free breakfast would of been appreciated. My room had almost no outside noise but I was horrified how well you could hear my TV through the door when I went out in the hall. Can you soundproof the doors? Also it would be nice if the refrigerator was up off the floor. Hated having to get on my knees to get in the fridge.

The Room was big! Loved the sofa! The location was just down the street from restaurants. Little wet bar sink was an added bonus! My room was in the back building which allowed me to park right by room door! Easy to unload car!! They let me check in early which was fantastic!! Wednesday night singer was fun ! Great outdoor stage for bands! AJ at the pool bar was wonderful!! The staff as well as the guest were all very nice and made it a great environment. Great Value!

The indoor bar and dinning area is not open during the week, but that’s okay. The allowed smoking in the outdoor bar and pool area.
