Comfy bed, quiet atmosphere, clean room, great hot breakfast with scrambled eggs, hash browns and bacon.

No hot chocolate or herbal tea for non coffee drinkers at breakfast, room lighting somewhat dim, litter in hallway not picked up.

The price was good, and the location was excellent

The breakfast could have been better. Also, the breakfast area was very small.

The breakfast was fairly ok and a wide variety. The front desk staff was welcoming and helpful. There was free parking.

The last day about 9:30 in the morning, someone knocked on the door. I was getting out of bed to go answer it and someone just walked in. I know check out wasn't until noon. So I was not happy but about that. Other than that, we had a wonderful stay. Definitely over priced though

Housekeeping just walking in my room. Didn't even give me time to get to the door.

Hotel is nice and close to a lot of restaurants

Pillow cases were stained and hair was on the floor from previous occupants. You pay a $50 deposit and its taken off your card right then but it takes 3-5 business days to get it back. When it should be put back as fast as it was taken off. Plus I paid for the the room online then had to pay a deposit at check in. Ppl in the next room argued all night and morning

The worker tried charging us an extra $80 when my room was already paid for and I had already paid the deposit.

Very inviting environment! Front desk staff was very respectful and kind. was in town for a concert and even through the high volume of guests, they found a way to make each guest feel like a priority!! 10/10 recommend staying here.

Great central location -- easy to get to our destinations both in the suburbs and in the city since we're by the freeway. The blackout curtains provided the perfect setting for the best sleep! We were very comfortable.

The hotel itself is old so it has a certain feel. The closet had french doors but it wasn't attached correctly so it almost fell apart as I opened it. The cleaning products they used in the common areas were very fragrant (in a bad way).

Very clean. You could smell that the bathroom had been bleached. The bed was very comfy. Hot breakfast as well as the typical cereal and muffins.Quiet overnight stay!

Room 116 needs tge door fixed...adjusted really...you really have to push it or it doesn't close. Otherwise the locks work just fine.
