Embassy Suites by Hilton Atlanta at Centennial Olympic Park

The Hotel itself was great, however some services were lacking. My son and granddaughter had an early flight out and I asked for a wake up call. It never happened. When I went to valet parking at 5:00 AM, the attendant was prompt at greeting us, but brought out the wrong car which almost made us late to the airport. Attention to details could be better.

Valet/Check-in process went well. Breakfast was very good! Very close to Falcon's Stadium and places to eat!

Suite was nice but was not what we requested online. Was supposed to have a King Suite but was given Double Bed Suite. We received confirmation that it would be a King. Addressed at the front desk and was told this is how it came to them from Booking. Com and not as a King Suite. The same thing happened the last time we booked through Booking.com...VERY FRUSTRATING! Not sure how this can be corrected but there needs to be better communication between the Hotel and Booking.com! *Had to request towels/None in the room upon arrival *We never received an email receipt for our records

Beautiful courtyard with lots of seating and beautiful whale sculpture hanging from the ceiling. Check in aaa easy and the valet service was great. The staff was welcoming and very helpful and answered all of my energetic kids questions. The elevators were fast and fun to look out of. Beds were comfortable and it was nice to have a door separating the beds from the living room space. The social hour/happy hour was nice, and the breakfast was yummy. It was awesome to be at a hotel with so many attractions nearby and within walking distance.

Parking fee was steep, considering across the street had $10 parking and $20 parking, the $50 overnight dirt parking lot was a little much. I liked that our suite had two separate spaces but when it came to the Atlanta heat, only the bedroom had AC so the living room couch space was stuffy and hot. We ended up going to so many of the nearby attractions and I wish that it had been more advertised to people from out of state like here are packages and whatnot of nearby places as we naively bought individual tickets because we didn’t know everything was nearby.

The hotel is absolutely stunning! The atrium lobby was so inviting to just sit and relax. And it's a good thing, because the breakfast bar and evening reception is FANTASTIC! There are SO MANY OPTIONS for breakfast! And the reception in the evening is the perfect break between a day of activities and your plans for the evening. A light snack and a couple drinks.Try the Peach Margarita! Between the aesthetic of the entire hotel, the great food and drinks included in the stay, the Starbucks on site, and a Ruth's Chris Steakhouse...you could really make a vacation out of never leaving the hotel! Our girls loved the pool! My oldest daughter and husband even found time to try out the gym! I could go on and on, but I will just say that my family will never stay anywhere else when we're in Atlanta!!!

The Convenience of location, the spacious rooms, the Complementary breakfast, and Happy Hour in the evening. The staff was Great, Friendly, Helpful!

The BEDS…they were the MOST UNCOMFORTABLE Beds we have Ever slept in for a 5 star hotel, at almost a $800 stay! We expected at least to be able to get a decent nights sleep after being out half the night. AND that $50/night..Per Car…charge for your only choice of parking…valet? AFTER you have charged a person $213/night…Check in @4p and Out by 12p…come on Embassy Suites you have to do better than that!!

Spacious and clean room which was bright and airy. Fabulous spread for breakfast, including a dedicated member of staff for making lovely omelettes. The location was great, right beside CocaCola and Georga Aquarium, only about a 10 minute walk into downtown Atlanta as well. Shop, ATM, Starbuck and restaurant also on site.

Sign at the reception saying 'an 8 is not great'... I'm probably being a bit harsh here but to be honest I've marked it an 8 based on one item only. I didn't like having to sit at a breakfast table which hadn't been cleaned down after someone had used it. There was ample breakfast staff available (often standing around chatting) yet not cleaning tables down. Given the current climate, a member of staff should be allocated to the floor to disinfect tables. No other issues.

The room was comfortable and clean, Employees were polite and professional. The provided breakfast was adequate for our needs....Loved the evening reception time...Bartender was knowledgeable of the drinks and very professional!

We asked for housekeeping service and did not receive it...We had hoped to have someone make our beds and drop off clean washrags and towels...But it didnt happen....Also, the sink is missing a stopper which means if I drop something in the sink, it goes down the drain..Looking down the open drain, there appears to be two caps lost by previous occupants in the train...(maybe toothpaste caps?) This appears to be an issue maintenance should be made aware of

I loved the service the staff provided. I also appreciated the accommodation they did for my family to get our rooms on the same floor instead of us being separated.

I didn't like the fact that we were asked by valet if we're going to keep going in and out with our vehicle. If I'm paying $50 per night for my vehicle to be parked there, then it shouldn't matter if I go out once or 50 times per day. But overall they were decent.

My kids were cranky after traveling and a day of activities and check in was taking a little longer then expected due to some technical difficulties with the credit card machine. They were starting to act up a bit and instead of giving me the usual annoyed look the front desk staff prepared a little welcome bag for the kids with coloring books, crayons, snacks and water. It kept them occupied long enough to get the machine working and my payment processed so we could get up to the room.

There were some stains on the carpet in the room and one leg of the bathroom vanity was broken but it was so minor it didn't cause any issue with our enjoyment of the hotel.

Great location on Centennial Park. Our room had a great view of the park. Rooms were large, comfortable and clean. Breakfast and happy hour were better than most.

Parking at $50/night is outrageous, especially since the valet service was not great. At check-in they were slow to respond and didn't offer to help with luggage. I believe here are public parking options for less nearby. Also, they need better/more seating options in the dinning area for couples.
