This place was pretty great as far as a family trip goes. There's a Margaritaville in the main level, the location is fantastic if you're planning on doing the Georgia Aquarium and things nearby, and there's a rooftop pool with a cocktail bar.

Prefacing this with saying that all the staff we talked with were super friendly. However, what I didn't know when I booked this location (and this may be on me) is that it's a timeshare resort. As soon as we got to the hotel, luggage in hand, we checked in and were directed to a concierge desk to get our room keys and they attempted to talk me into a timeshare presentation... That's not at all what I want to deal with after travelling all day. Again, it may be my fault for not researching the place more before booking, but it really caught me off guard.

This hotel is awesome. My husband and I stayed here to attend a football game at Mercedes Benz Stadium and could not have been happier. The hotel is newer, so everything looked fresh and clean. The room has everything you need and more, including a full refrigerator, a microwave, stove, and dishwasher. We had a little too much fun at the rooftop pool/bar and the food at Margaritaville is yummy. This is a timeshare resort hotel, so I was worried that we'd be harassed to attend a sales meeting, but that wasn't the case at all. When checking in and getting wristbands they asked if we were interested in getting a "tour" of the property, which we respectfully declined. The next day we received a call in our room asking again and we got an offer for a gift card to attend which we declined. That was it! Staff was friendly and I'll definitely stay again. Location is perfect, easy walk to the stadium and restaurants.

The only thing missing in the room is a full-length mirror. Also, we loved Margaritaville restaurant and wanted to go back, but unfortunately, we were turned away twice during our stay because the kitchen was so backed up.

We had a fantastic week at Club Wyndham! I was initially a bit worried about some of the concerns of previous reviewers, but there was really no need. There is no daily housekeeping but we didn’t miss it at all. Anything you need is available upon request. The staff is personable and efficient. When we called down to get our bags brought to the room, someone was there before I could turn around. The young man knew we had been to a Braves game and was super friendly and kind with us. The rooms are spacious and well appointed. Basically brand new and so very clean and comfortable. Loved the kitchenette! The downtown views are spectacular. We used the rooftop pool daily and it is awesome with more gorgeous views of the city and Olympic Park. We walked easily to all the attractions nearby. Restaurants aren’t super plentiful but is you are willing to walk 4-5 blocks there is much more available. We loved Ted’s which is a stones throw from the hotel.

Very few negatives, but we did miss a jacuzzi at the pool. It was a cooler, windy week in Atlanta and it sure would have been nice. The pool was pleasant though and not cold thankfully. Also, just a note on valet. Quite pricey. We used Spot Hero to book a spot very close for the week at about the cost of a day’s valet price.

I liked: Very clean hotel. Non-slip surfaces in the bathroom. Outstanding location. 19th floor pool and bar is quite nice. They were not pushy about their timeshare business.

I didn't like: The hotel keeps a humidity level of 65% which is too high. The room doesn't dry out after showers are taken. Four hotel banks and it seemed just one was running. In the room specifixo, the toilet leaked unless you flushed all of the water out and let the tank flapper seal itself. There are no free amenities for guests. There isnt something like complimentary coffee/breakfast in the lobby and there is no benefit of having the restaurant adjacent to the hotel. No discounts, preferred seating, etc.

It was a gem in the heart of downtown Atlanta. A short walk to State Farm and the Benz. Perfect!

No breakfast, but there is a waffle house nearby. There is coffee available for purchase at the front desk. The pool was beautiful, just wish it had been a bit warmer when we planned our trip. The rooms had a beachy vibe and were very comfy. The location couldn't be beat.

The staff is very friendly but they'll offer free valet parking if you take the tour of the facility. We opted out because we didn't have the time to listen to the spiel and had no interest in purchasing a time share.

We enjoyed the spacious 2 bedroom suite. It was immaculately clean. We had a short stay but would love to have stayed longer. Kitchen is fully equipped to accommodate cooking and eating “at home.” We are downstairs one night at Margaritaville and that was good and so convenient! I would recommend staying here. Our room overlooked Centennial Park. Rooftop Pool was beautiful!

Street was loud at night but that is kind of expected

Great room with wonderful view. Quiet and huge. Loved it! There were four of us and we had plenty of room. Centrally located near the streetcar and Peachtree trolley tours as well as the museums.

The water in the swimming pool was a little cold. However it was a lovely pool with entertainment in the roof top bar each night.

The location was amazing. The staff was very friendly and the valet service was wonderful. I had an issue with my sheets and they sent someone immediately to correct the problem. I wasn't satisfied with my room and they changed it no questions asked. There was a lot of security there so I felt extremely safe. From now on when I go to ATL the only place I will stay is here.

Expensive parking. As with all Club Wyndham hotels, the focus is on trying to get you to be owners - hard sales pitches and lots of mis-truths. It’s a shame as the property is outstanding, but this does put me off. Staff at front desk did not process agreed later check out so keys stopped working too early.
