Super convenient location. The hotel view was nice. The room was tastefully decorated and spacious.

Paying $45 to park a night is too much when the hotel fee is so high. The parking attendant was a smart aleck when I told him I was told to park in the parking deck by the front desk clerk. The room door did not shut without extreme force, in fact, it was open when we arrived for check in. The bathroom door handle fell off with the first use of the bathroom. The bathroom ceiling was leaking so much that there was a huge puddle in the floor by morning. It leaked directly above the toilet so the toilet could not be used without getting drizzled on. I feel like for what I paid to stay here, I should not have had any negative experiences.

The room was better than I expected and I loved the look of the bathroom, and the big TV we had in the room and of course the view was my favorite thing about the room. It was a very modern looking room. Was a little sad that the pool wasn't a heated pool and that there wasn't a jacuzzi. But I did like that there was a shelf with many soft towels for anyone who needed one. I liked that there was a restaurant and everything we needed within walking distance. I also liked that breakfast stays open till later in the morning and I liked that checkout wasn't too early and I liked that the pool stayed open until late!

I liked the fact that they had a nice breakfast but I feel they could have had more to choose from like a waffle maker or something. The food was fresh but very plain with no flavor at all, such as the french toast sticks, they were horrible tasting. I also didn't like that parking wasn't included in my stay, seeing as the amount I paid to stay there, it should have been included or at least cheaper than that. I spent $90 for parking for 2 nights!

The property was clean and comfortable. The location made walking to any attraction or restaurant very easy, and that’s with 5 adults (3 with physical ailments) and 6 kids ages 5-9.

We all thought the cooked breakfast was very subpar. You could taste the cheapness and frozen taste of it. We hated to see it wasted but so many would throw it away. Also don’t like that parking isn’t included. There’s a parking garage that apart of the building. It should be included. I do not like a stranger driving my car or having to pay to park at the hotel I’m staying at.

Hyatt Place Atlanta Centennial Park is an excellent place to rest and relax after enjoying all of the many things the beautiful City of Atlanta has to offer. As a first-time visitor, I was a little skittish about booking a place downtown given the mixed reviews of the core but I am so glad that I chose this hotel. The bed was incredibly comfortable, there was a refrigerator and plenty of space in the room, and the TV, replete with many channels, was a generous 55 inches in size. Although we didn't get a chance to enjoy the pool due to an unseasonably chilly week, the exercise room on site was top-notch. As an added bonus, this location offers a free breakfast that offered up an array of selections that were plentiful and generous.

While I wasn't in love with the parking fee, I did appreciate that my vehicle was valet parked in a safe and secure facility. Finding the lot was relatively easy (thanks to the wonders of a google search) and taking my car out for the day posed no problem.

- Walking distance from everything around Centennial Park (5 minutes walk to the aquarium and Coca Cola museum) - Quiet even though it was in the busy part of the city - Full breakfast was good - We had a good size room with city view

- The only downside is the price, but you can’t beat location. It gets crowded during breakfast time, so come early. We also ran into trouble with valet parking because the reservation name was not the same as valet parking name. This was taken care of by the staff. They also let you park there a little bit more after you check out so you can go see around a bit more before you drive off. - With any big city, be careful when you walk around! There was a lot of police sirens at night.

Great location. Walking distance to aquarium and centennial park. Good food nearby. The staff was friendly and helpful. I arrived very early and they had a room ready for me. Room was clean, safe and great views. I would stay again if I find myself in Atlanta again. View from hotel window and photos from the High Art Museum. Safe neighborhood too during day, I was a little nervous walking alone at night but I think that is normal for the location in a big city.

Nothing.

The hotel was nice and clean.

No one told me about the hidden fees when I called in advance before coming. It is a $50 deposit per day, and parking is $43 a day that will be taken out of your deposit. So the deposit is really for the parking. I feel like the workers could have told me that when I called days before coming instead of at the time of trying to check in. I called in advance just for that reason.

The location of Hyatt Place Atlanta Centennial Park was incredible! From our room we had a great view of the Aquarium across the street! It is in the heart of Central Atlanta, right across from the Georgia Aquarium and The World of Coca-Cola. We also found it was near many places to eat, all right within walking distance. At first, they concierge added valet parking automatically to our bill so we had to park in the parking deck. I initially did not like the lack of transparency in not knowing ahead of time this would be done; however, when they explained where the free parking was and that our valet parking ticket was good until 3pm the next day, even after we already checked out, we were actually glad that we did the valet parking while we toured the city. The included breakfast was very nice and offered a wide selection of breakfast foods like sausage egg and cheese biscuits, boiled eggs, fresh fruit, yogurt, juice, coffee, and water. They also offered grab and go options as well. The dining room had a very large well- kept aquarium that we found as a lovely place to enjoy our breakfast next to!

Just the initial lack of transparency in not knowing they would automatically add the valet parking to our room without giving us the option, but it honestly worked out better that they did it that way. I just wish we had known about it before getting to the hotel.

We really enjoyed the room and the view. My daughter was really excited to see the city and aquarium from the window. It was nice to have breakfast included. The staff was very friendly and eager to help.

Breakfast included was very nice but it would have been nicer to have eggs and meat rather than a preheated, pre-wrapped breakfast sandwich. The other selections were nice, but minimal options, and the fruit did not look very fresh. The other thing is I never saw any mention that it is valet parking only, nor did anyone tell me this when I called. So it was quite a surprise to arrive and find it was an additional $38 for parking at the hotel. But the valet employees were very quick and very friendly.

Breakfast great variety of selections, even more options than their branch in Washington DC! Front Desk very nice attitude.

I was charged for valet parking overnight even though I told the front desk I didn’t drive the night before. I didn’t hear the confirmation clearly and I thought she was asking me whether I stayed for one night. Then boom, 40 dollars were gone and now I have to wait for days in uncertainty to get my pending transaction done. The hotel end shows the 40 dollars were returned but I haven’t received any notifications on my end while I did when it got deducted.
