AC Hotel Atlanta Downtown

I stayed in the double queen room with my two daughters and my mom. Everyone enjoyed the stay. The beds were clean and comfortable. All the areas in the hotel were well kept and the staff was very attentive. The ladies at the front desk greeted everyone warmly and acknowledge guests by name and showed interest in why they chose to stay at the hotel. It's always good sign to see people happy while doing their job. We all felt safe walking to and from the hotel to the State Fram arena where we attended a concert.

The valet. I understand the $40+ charge for parking is a standard in the area so I can't complain about that but the valet staff could be a little more helpful.

When we checked out on morning of 11/13/22, the receptionist (her name escapes me) was exceptionally friendly with a big smile on her face, she really seemed to enjoy her job. Her personality and positive attitude alone would make me want to book the same hotel again in the future. We also liked the size of the room and the overall cleanliness of the property. The European style breakfast was tasty, fresh and had a good variety.

We checked in really late and by then there were no places to park at the hotel secured parking. We had to park across the street. The shower products were nice, but they all had a very masculine scent. Perhaps a more neutral selection would better appeal for everyone. The homelessness around the area is disheartening.

Very nice room. For the price you pay the room is that nice. Pool is pretty good. The sun is on the pool from about 11a-3p. This hotel is right next to Waffle House & about 2 blocks from Centennial Park the Olympic park which is nothing special really. The College football museum is behind the park & CNN building is across from the park, they stopped doing CNN tours. Coca Cola tourist trap is near the park too. This is a nice hotel. About a 10 minute walk to State Farm Arena.

The hotel bar closes at 11pm. No microwave in the room but there is one on the lobby level. There is a fridge in room though. There are homeless people on the streets of downtown they will all ask you for something. It got annoying. Downtown Atlanta is lame. Don’t expect to have fun.

The front desk ladies were absolutely great , very welcoming , communicated very thoroughly, even recommended events around in the area. Will definitely be back. Valet attendants were on point as well. Our vehicle was kept safe valet option only. Very cozy environment literally in the heart of downtown Atlanta , the room was fabulous, we almost over slept because the window shade literally did not let a peak of the sun sneak through. Highly recommend for this hotel stay in downtown Atlanta!!!

Room was amazing. location was great

Under staffed. People working front desk were excellent. No one showed up for lounge and bar. Decided not to eat breakfast next day because the 2 people working would not wait on us due to being on their cell phones. If AC hotel could get lounge bar and breakfast area managed better it would have perfect

It was great! The staff was amazing!!!!!! I traveled alone for a concert. The staff that greeted me, AMAZING & welcoming. I was also greeted as customer of the day with complimentary treats & wine! Who doesn’t love wine 😊‼️

The lighting in my room was super dim. And the only full size mirror was at the door which was awkward for pictures but all in all those are the ONLY things I could complain about. Still a 10/10 recommendation & I hope to stay there again.

The room was very nice, clean. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Overall a pleasant stay. Shower was excellent, big with rain shower head and hand held shower head. I liked the floors in rooms being LVP instead of carpet.

I asked for 2 rooms with 2 beds each, close together, but didn't even get the same floor. Would have liked to be offered a room with one bed close to other room. I would prefer a full American breakfast but this is minor.

valet parking was not available/they said their lot was full when we arrived to check in to our hotel… made us drive across the street only to be told that we could not park there overnight and that the pass expired at midnight. drove back to the hotel and relayed that info and we still had to wait for valet to speak to their manager about where they needed to park the cars coming in. I don’t understand how this happens? inconvenient and a waste of time for us when we have plans for the day… otherwise everything else was fantastic

I loved everything, especially the staff. First time I feel so welcome and so well attended in a hotel, the staff members always greet you with a smile and were always making sure you enjoyed the stay. They were the best. The facilities were great, the breakfast was very good with so many options. Rooms were a good size, very clean and comfortable. The location was great, walking distance to the main attractions.

ok first off, the staff was so kind! they spoke to me very nicely and I appreciated that since I was nervous booking in general for my family and I. the main entrance has a really nice bar on the side and the kitchen bar for breakfast and the pool is outside after walking past the bar. if you walk downstairs you’ll find the most nicest gym and outside is the loung area which I find ideal except if your working out by the window lol. Now the Room we got was the QUEEN ROOM W/2 QUEEN BEDS and it was so spacious and super clean! the bathrooms are so beautiful and elegant. I totally recommend!!

the bathroom of the room don’t have locks which concerned me since the shower door is transparent. if you like that then it’s not much of a CON but definitely not my PRO.
