Hotel stay was very good. Staff very professional and and provided great service. Location was great, within walking distance to stores, conference and etc.

Parking was the only issue I was not happy with. Having to pay for parking after already paying to stay at hotel was not something I expected. I thinking there should be available free park for hotel customers that come with there stay.

Very comfortable bed and good location in downtown part of the city, next to metro station so a great base to explore the city

It is a bit odd that there was no door separating the bathroom from the bedroom in the room. It was fine for me since I was staying alone, but it was a double room and I would have found this not great if I had been with my partner.

I was told Valet would be $30 on the website but when I got there I was charge $40. I was also charge a holding fee. When booking we as the payor should know that we’re being charge an extra fee. I was also charge $5.95 for a beverage fee when my husband paid cash for his purchase

Amazingly kind front desk staff, always ready and happy to help. The room was very clean, comfortable, and spacious, great shower. Great central location with a lot of stores, shops, restaurants nearby, just opposite the central library. The Olympic Park is an easy 10 min walk away through a peaceful downtown area. Peachtree Street station located just behind the hotel, easy subway access to the airport.

Bathroom towels had long pieces of hair on them when I unfolded. Comforter on bed had odd stains on it (looked like dried blood) so I removed it and left it on the floor.

Location is great close to all downtown Atlanta has to offer. Very comfortable bed and modern feel of the room

There was not enough lighting in the room, Rm. 811. It has no overhead or lighting near the door area, we had to open the curtains everyday to have enough lighting in the room. Coffee bar/ closet area is a dark area of the room, this can use a lamp and/ or light here. The downstairs bistro, could stay open a bit later than the hours they are open. Other than that, it was a good stay.

The room was big enough for myself, my husband, and special needs child that is in a wheel chair. We did not have to move furniture around to fit all of our belongings including his chair. We also had a place to sit at to eat and feed him.

I did not have any issues with my room. I wish I would have paid attention to the fact there was no bath tub, only a shower. It didn't make the stay bad, it was my own fault for not looking into that detail. The only reason I would have liked the tub is that is how I bathe my special needs son. The computer system was also down when we arrived so we had to wait about 30 minutes. The staff was amazing and did not seem to be under stress over it and no other customers seemed upset by the wait.

The room was large and clean, including a nice big TV. The bed was very comfortable. The staff were all very friendly and helpful - not just the receptionists but also the cleaners and others. The proximity to the metro station was also very useful.

The hotel was right in the middle of all the attraction in Down Town, walking distance to all the places we visited. Everyone greeted us with kindness. Very helpful when we had questions. Our room was very neat and clean and the bed was extremely comfortable. Can’t wait to go back!

Valet was super friendly, when you walked in everything was so nice and updated. Receptionist was super friendly. I had the corner king room with bath tub. The room along with view was amazing. The jetted tub randomly came on in the middle of the night and I had to call maintenance because the jets would not turn off. It was no big deal. Maintenance arrived in 3 minutes. He reset the breaker and all was good. Literally everything probably lasted 10 minutes. Quick and fast service!

The only thing I did Not like was that they did not offer complementary breakfast. But they did have a Starbucks.
