Overall I enjoyed my stay here! One of the quietest hotels I’ve ever been in so I was able to rest a lot and even tho the building itself is old it’s not bad, I’ve seen worse 😅🤷🏻‍♀️ Plus the staff were awesome

The entrance was so old and run down looking especially going up the hill it looked sketchy and made me nervous since I was staying by myself but once I was inside and met the staff and was in my room I felt better, it was the quietest place I ever stayed in

I have stayed here over several years for conventions in the downtown area, and every experience has been great. The staff are all so friendly, and actually seem to care about you if you have time to stop and chat. We were in cosplays most days, and they were so nice and asked a lot of questions that we were happy to answer. The rooms are quite spacious, there were four of us in ours, and it never seemed like we were on top of one another. Beds are a good size, and the full closet was perfect for all of our luggage and cosplays. The kitchen is of course awesome, with a full size fridge that was perfect for the week we were there. The room and bathroom are clean, and we were very comfortable during our whole stay. We were on the third floor and it was quiet and just perfect for us.

Entrance to the hotel is a little hard to find. I know where it is since I've been here a few times - but it's a very small sign after a red light so its very easy to drive by if you aren't looking for it. The actual hotel is way up on a hill at the end of a long drive blocked from view by trees. Also the hallways are very dark at night - sort of creepy if you arrive late. But don't let that spook ya! It's a comfortable stay

location near bike, hike, River as well as Braves. Also mall and restaurants

it’s outdated but that is not really a problem for me. price was super expensive. we had just stayed at ES up the road for $150 less and that one had pool and fitness center. It must be the weekend of the Braves Dodgers that drive all prices up.

The person who checked me in was not friendly and rude, but the checkout lady was very friendly and nice. She explained to me clearly and she was very polite and nice

About the room, absolutely no complain.

The people at the front desk were extremely helpful and nice.

The location was a bit hard to find, but then again, we've never been to the area and everything was hard to find!

The location was great. It was close to the training.

The breakfast could have been better. They had granola bars and instant oatmeal.

The facility is very dated, but the room was clean and the bed comfortable. It was just what we needed for a couple nights. Good area, well kept.

Refrigerator was spotty with some rust spots but it worked well (just felt unclean to open) and some soap at the sink.

They had a kitchen and supplied us with pots and pans that was nice

Location and other guests were loud
