We really like the ease of checking in. Even though our rooms were not available to check in early, they let us leave our bags in a secure place. We were able to pick them up after the Braves game that evening. The beds were very comfortable so we all had a great night's sleep. The kids went swimming and enjoyed their time there. The morning we left we were able to have the breakfast.....it was great! Everything was delicious. They have an omelette bar, french toast, pastries, eggs, so many things to enjoy. We will stay here on our next trip to the city!

I do suggest that the pool area be kept cleaner. There were no towels available but I did find a worker and she brought out new fresh towels.

The staff was friendly, and the breakfast was good. Had many options the omelet bar was spot on. Several choices of juices, coffee, tea, and soft drinks. Liked the complimentary evening drink. My room was spacious, I had 2 TVs perfect for families. Everything was clean. The location for my stay was perfect, low traffic area, with restaurants, Cobb Center Galleria, and the Atlanta Braves Baseball field in close distance.

My room needed some upkeep such as the bathroom fan was not working, and some of the lights or light bulbs needed to be changed. The pool was supposed to be heated, but it was very cold. Parking has pros and cons. It was a pain having to come in and out through the gate using your room key, especially in the rain.

Booked on line when we got there they had my name my room number I was registered in less than 5 minutes everybody was nice got two free drinks day I was only there two days and two nights they cleaned my room after the first day everybody was so friendly and so knowledgeable of things to do around there

I like the convenience of registering I liked how clean it was how friendly everybody was and the two free drinks I got food is excellent they have a grill there to make omelets and they were good usually free continental breakfast is is not that good it was really good I will be staying there again my kids loved it they had a ball in the pool in the sauna everything was nice and clean the gym was clean plenty of towels everywhere

Service and staff were excellent. Quick and friendly check in and staff were great at reception and breakfast. Afternoon drinks were good and breakfast options included omelets, french toast, bacon, sausage, fruit, and pastries.

Reception lines extremely long and took 30 min to get a drink. Convention near by, forced me to park in overflow parking which cost $25 for 6 hours. I was forced to move my car at midnight. No alternatives for parking were provided other than parking in the shopping center parking lot, risking being towed or theft.

Everything was just perfect for my family. From the accommodations to the environment. Thank you.

Security officer from the night shift was not friendly, and gave my children and I an attitude. I was supervising my kids and fixing the sofa bed when they asked if they could step outside for a bit, which I agreed. If I am supervising my children , who are teenagers, and I have already advised you why they stepped outside, no need for an attitude or any more explanations.

Staff, they accommodated us even went out of their way to help us with transportation. They were so helpful, accommodating, understanding and went beyond what is required. Highly recommend this hotel for going beyond and above.

Not much to dislike, location is awesome, staff is amazing nothing but amazing things to say about this hotel. The staff is amazing. Amenities are great and breakfast was awesome.

The breakfast was exceptional. I wish it stayed open a little longer on the weekdays. The weekend breakfast with the made to order food was excellenr

We arrive late from the airport and the friendly man behind the desk said we could get something from the restaurant, the brew and hound. We waited and waited, clearly in plain sight, with a waitress and a bartender working, to see if anyone would serve us. We finally went to the bar to place our drink orders and order some food. It would have been nice if there was a sign stating what the wine list was and what the last possible time was to order food

My suite was amazing, the pool and hot tub were amazing, my dog was welcomed, and the happy hour was nice. I really enjoyed the outside view as well. Perfect staycation during the holidays!

I did not like that the manager double checked my registering my dog. When I signed in, the staff did this procedure and I signed paperwork. I wish the day manager had checked the paperwork before coming for me.

I loved the look of the property. The lobby was impressive (although the couches and chairs are stained). I felt good being there. I loved the evening reception. I also loved the breakfast. As far as complimentary breakfasts are concerned this one is better than most hotel offerings. It included a omelette bar, waffle maker, eggs, bacon, Turkey sausage, breakfast potatoes, coffee, an assortment of juices, fresh fruit, oatmeal, pastries and more. Breakfast offered something for everyone!

There is no door separating the bedroom from the ready of the suite. when I inquired at the front desk, I was informed that ALL rooms at this location are like that. There are no doors to separate the bedroom. Apparently the doors were all removed due to a “state policy”. Maybe something related to safety since the doors were sliding doors. Not a standard push/ pull door.

The location was good. We walked to the braves game from the hotel. The breakfast was great. The omelet grill was great. They ran out of bacon but everything was great.

The tv in the living room didn't work. I'm not sure if it was a bad connection with the cord or the jack. We wasn't there long enough to full with it so we didn't make a fuss about it.
