Holiday Inn & Suites Atlanta Perimeter Dunwoody, an IHG Hotel

Derrick the property Manager went above and beyond. His customer service was the best I have experienced in years. He treated us as if he was giving his family a place to stay. It is so rare these days to find people that actually care.

The entire staff team is excellent all the way to house keeping. The Hilton is setting the example on how to treat people. We went and got breakfast located on the 5th floor and once again. The man that was up there treated us like royalty . This is the place I will stay every time I come out to see my mom. I’m

I didn’t have the breakfast. I had lunch and dinner. I know they were in the process of charging their menu. The hotel overall was really nice. The workers at the front desk were extremely nice, inviting, helpful and made me feel very welcomed. Olivia from the bar was extremely nice and inviting as well. I wish the kitchen opened up earlier or stayed open a little later. The kitchen didn’t open until 5 for lunch and dinner. Then it closed at 10.

For the amount of money I paid and how nice the hotel was I expected the rooms to be a little cleaner. The first room there was red juice on the walls and sink in the bathroom. The second night/room, there was food, hand prints and grease on the door/peephole. The comforter on the bed was also dirty. It had brown food or makeup on it. Wasn’t very appealing. Then there were 2 workers a male and a female, arguing loudly in the hallway about cleaning the rooms. The argument was loud and lasted about 5 minutes with them going back and forth. It frightened me at first.

Breakfast was great. You have two wifi's, one secured and one not. It would be helpful to know which one to attach to and it would be great if both were secure. Also, the printer in your business center is connected by bluetooth and a number of us were unable to get it to connect to our laptops, even after we pulled out it's packaging to find the PIN code. Attaching the PIN code to the desktop would be helpful but having working printing available would be great. Great place, loved the bed and TV, will stay again.

The hotel was very, very clean. The beds were exceptionally comfortable and there were extra measures of security. Everyone was very nice. One of the nicest hotels I have stayed in.

Even if your room is paid for in advance, they do hold a $50 per night incidental fee on your credit card. So be prepared for that. I think this is standard for many hotels, but just be prepared. As long as there is no damage to the room, the hold is released.

The staff went out of their way for me multiple times and did it with a smile each time. I travel to ATL somewhat often and my friend and I decided that this would be our hotel whenever we travel to Atlanta. the room was clean, the beds were comfortable.

My room was directly below the rooftop bar which really made it hard for my friend to sleep but next time we will just get a lower floor

Location was perfect for my stay. Very close to several places I visited. I liked the added protection of having to use my card key in the elevator.

A room safe is a great convenience. I was surprised one was not in my room. I was surprised that I could hear sirens so distinctly. This would not stop me from staying this hotel again. I just wanted to point it out.

The rooms were very clean and spacious parking was easy and safe. It was a very nice stay and the food was good to they had options for breakfast not just pork.

The night desk attendant was kind of rude. The rice for dinner on the rooftop was under cooked for me and my date.

I don't know if there just weren't any other rooms occupied near me or if it was really that quiet but I didn't hear a thing.

Went to check in at 3:45, after the posted check in time and was told my room wasn't ready. Another employee helping another guest then comes over to do quick training and the employee didn't seem to take it as training and was a little short after that.

I was very pleased with the service I received. The room was just what I requested. The beds were comfortable and I was able to have my fur baby with me. I plan on staying here whenever I come to Atlanta. Go Braves!!!

No complaints

The room was roomy and spacious (we booked a handicap room because it showed last available on app) I liked that the bed wasn’t right against the wall like you find in most hotels and the toilet wasn’t rightontop of the shower

There was an iron but no ironing board. And you can cast your phone to the TV but it didn’t work so that was a bummer
