The manager had a issue with my booking .. she stated that even though I had a conformation number my payment didn’t go through and told me to call them and see why they didn’t send the money over to the hotel. I walked outside to call them and she came outside and told me that it was okay and maybe it will send later .. crazy . i showed her the receipt and conformation number .. Also the valet staff I had last night was very rude … seems like he hates his job .. BUT other than that . everything was good !

beautiful hotel apartment loft like. I had a room with two separate bedrooms and a bathroom in each room. The view was spectacular. The hotel has a rooftop pool with two grills. The room also has a full size kitchen to prepare meals and provides plates and utensils.

room wasn't ready upon arrival front desk clerk who had just come on wasn't all that friendly but other staff were nice and offered service recovery once I left

I loved the atmosphere at the hotel. As soon as I Checked in I knew we were in for a treat. Check in was easy , valet met all of our needs and were very professional and nice. The room was exceptional it was everything the site mentioned and more . 🙌🏾

There wasn’t anything that I didn’t like . Only part that was confusing was the entrance to the hotel and parking. However, valet assisted quickly to get us unloaded and parked our vehicles with no problem 😉

The front desk associates were all really great. Demi is the only name I got before leaving but even the security staff were extremely pleasant.

Ok, first I want to say the guys at valet are great...the only thing I didn't like is the pictues my car took of some of them leaning/resting on the car. And then me walking out seeing it for myself. I don't think they meant any harm but I don't think they would appreciate that behavior if the shoe was on the other foot.

The room was nice, bed was comfortable and it was very clean. Demi, my receptionist, was very friendly and helpful. She even recommended some nearby places that were cool.

The bar/restaurant staff seemed pretty inattentive. Not a big deal, but they had one bartender working a crowded bar and felt that the service provided there did not match the rest of the facility. We went down the road for drinks and it would have been nice to stay in the hotel.

This is a very upscale hotel and very well designed and decorated. All staff were friendly and helpful. you can tell the people working there are happy to be at work. Devon and Jeffery (I hope I got their names right) were great at the front desk. Restaurant staff was just as impressive as well as the two bartenders. Food was upscale and delicious, drinks were great and selection was great as well. I cannot say how amazing the staff is. BEST STAFFED HOTEL EVER!! Transportation via Uber was quick, never waited longer than 4-5 minutes for a car.

The location isn’t great, but luckily the walk to nearby restaurants and shopping is uphill on the way. However it makes the downhill walk back actually enjoyable. Again, the staff well overshadows the location.

The location was convenient to all the major attractions and the staff was friendly and accommodating. The room was clean and I liked having a little balcony.

There was a coffee maker in the room but cheap yucky coffee and the shower was small and cramped. Also, the blankets on the bed weren't very comfortable.

I booked this trip for my Wife and 3 kids ages 4,2 and 6mos. We just needed a weekend getaway! We drove 3hrs to Atlanta, the Hotel was stunning! We merged off of 75 because the Traffic was jammed packed, which got us to the hotel MUCH FASTER. We arrived around 6pm with no problems even though check in was at 3pm. Valet pricing was more than we expected and we knew we would be back and forth to the car. So we opted to use the front street, which was a quiet road that we could see from our room. Valet fetched our luggage dolly and the room key activates the elevator. (A great safety feature!) When we walked into the room it was GRAND! Very spacious and modern simple decor. The balcony view was breathless with a view of bank of America plaza skyscraper and downtown. If we looked around the corner we could see the Coca-cola factory as well. Room service for extra bedding was great, the kitchen was well supplied with utensils and dish soap and towels. The view was so beautiful we left the curtains open all night to sky gaze and watch the sunrise. They had a coloring station downstairs and a deliciously smelling restaurant and bar that we didn't get to take advantage of.

Valet was a little pushy with offering valet services but were pleasant and helpful.

+ room is huge + bed is very comfortable, pillows and blanket too + very clean + location, in the city + staff, very nice + convenient parking (40$ tho), valet service was very prompt + nice water coming from the fridge door + view and balcony over the city + pictures showing the room are 100% accurate

- hard to walk with luggage from valet entrance to inside, many doors, not opening automatically - expensive parking - not sure how ice is supposed to get to the fridge door - a little pricey

the hotel was very clean and upscale. the rooms were really spacious with a “home” feel. balcony access was really nice!

valet parking was terrible. the space to enter and maneuver vehicles was extremely small. under staffed. waited approx 30-40 minutes for valet to even be present to address the arrivals. but the valet workers did work fast once present and were virtuous and respectful.
