I liked the staff. They were helpful, receptive, and decently friendly. I also liked the room set up. It was comfortable and tidy. The bed and chair were roomy and comfortable. I had a king size bed. The room was really nice for the price before taxes and fees. I loved the location, also; it's at the center of so many stores, restaurants, and sources of entertainment. It's also not far from the interstate. The hotel was quiet, which I liked. I was able to relax. I liked the lobby set up. I was able to watch TV on a secluded, quiet, comfortable fashion, while I waited on my breakfast.

I didn't like that I had to pay for breakfast. I also didn't like that I had to pay for parking. The computers were inaccessible, which was a negative. In addition, I had to wait to check in. My room wasn't ready at my 3 o'clock check-in. That's already a late check-in. I had no early check-in option, which I did not like.

We were not offered breakfast. We were not told about it.

When checking in, the clerk, Shennelle, was on FaceTime with her mother while checking us in. We saw this as very unprofessional. She also told us they did not have a room for us, but after speaking with the manager, he said they had one.

The room was decorated nice, clean and spacious. It was very comfortable. The location was very convenient and the free parking was also very nice - thank you.

I had stayed 2 nights (Friday & Saturday nights) and my room was never cleaned which was also disappointing. I was never told it wouldn't be cleaned until I asked why it wasn't cleaned on Sunday morning. There were 2 of us staying there and only given 3 towels; if they weren't going to clean the rooms and give clean towels then they could have given us 4 towels for our 2 days stay. I like to have clean wash rags every day. Just a suggestion. The breakfast was not complimentary which was a little disappointing, and the breakfast that was offered to buy was minimal at best. A free cup of good coffee & tea would have been a nice touch. Just another suggestion

There was no real breakfast, cafe in the hotel is a bit high..$4 for a muffin is ridiculous. Good thing the Mall is across the street.

The staff was extremely helpful during check in, somehow when I booked my first and last name got switched so it took awhile to find my booking but the young lady at the front desk was patient and helpful in finding my booking. The hotel room is very clean and after so many days they come in and change your sheets and refresh your linens, after a week they come in and vacuum etc. which is very lovely accommodation to have. This is also in a beautiful location as well and near quite a few things, there’s an entire mall across the street! Overall enjoyed our stay and would recommend to anyone, will be booking again!

Unfortunately you can still hear quite a bit from the room, was laughing a little too loud and accidentally disturbed the neighbors next door. However a very large family of 6-8 (mostly kids) were running in the halls and we could hear it pretty loudly too.

The night audit staff checked me into my room. They were so friendly and cheerful! They made check-in seamless and explained how parking worked without me having to ask. He was also vigilant about who was coming and going which I rarely get to see from other hotels. That made me feel much more comfortable about the security there in the lobby

The room maintenance and cleaning could have been better. The shower didn't drain and the toilet was dirty. Flushing got all the leftover grime off, there were no trash bags in the bins and the iron didn't work. It also spilled water on my clothing when I tried using it.

The location was great. The people working here are very nice and helpful. Someone had been smoking in the room I was assigned but they quickly changed my room as my youngest daughter has respiratory issues. After that everything was great. Restaurants, Kroger grocery store and the mall were very close. Great place called Otter’s Chicken right down the street. The indoor pool and workout areas were nice. The workout area is open all night.

The pool closes at 8:00 pm.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. They readily answered questions concerning the hotel and the surrounding area. All of our interactions with the staff and interactions we observed of the staff and other guests were positive experiences. The room was a nice size. We enjoyed being able to sit back on the couch at night and relax.

I wish the room had a microwave. A microwave was located in the lobby, but a microwave in the room would have been much more convenient. The microwaved in the lobby was available 24/7 and there was not a wait to use it. A microwave in the room would have been very nice, but the lobby microwave was better than not having one available to guests as is the case in many hotels.

Location close to everything.

The staff was amazing. Helen went out her way to help me with my concerns and problems with my room. I had a bad smell in my room like someone had a skunk in the room or someone was smoking marijuana in there before I came into the room. She immediately had it taken care of ASAP. They cleaned the room over and the smell was gone.
