Great location with lot of options for eating out & shopping . No complain for cleanliness & comfort . Breakfast was okay but the bar with front desk was good .

Got LOST while we were coming from Airport to hotel because GPS ( google/ Apple both)took us different places. Very confusing address for GPS ! Hotel should think about it. It was embarrassing, killing your precious time & definitely it’s not nice to get lost feeling when you are new in the town !!

The room was perfect. Clean, spacious, nice furniture, updated electronics and hook ups, bathroom had been remodeled. The staff were courteous, pleasant, excepting of our dog. Allowed our son and his family park there one evening while we all went to a braves game no charge or question. As they left to return home went to the kitchen and got a big cup of milk for our granddaughter to have on their way home so she could go to sleep on the ride. There was absolutely not one poor attitude throughout our 3 night stay from any staff member.

During my stay a staff member knocked on my door to do a wellness check. To me that was very thoughtful and kind. And it did allow me to ask for some extra towels. The towels were delivered promptly. And this is something that I felt was very kind and generous at the hotel.

If I recall correctly, I booked two beds. Two beds were in the room, a full bed, and a hide a bed. The hide a bed was fine. But I wish I was notified in check and that one of the beds was a hide a bed. I probably would’ve said that is fine due to the length of my stay. But it would’ve been nice to have been notified prior or during check-in.

Although it was limited, breakfast was good. It was in a central location with stores and restaurants within walking distance (although we drove because it was cold out). Staff was very friendly and as soon as we arrived (around midnight) we were offered waters and sodas. It's easy to get in and out of this hotel parking lot. Everything was clean, water pressure was WONDERFUL in the shower, and they actually provided extra linens and towels and washcloths as requested at booking (something that rarely happens with hotels). Bar on site, which is nice if you like to wind down after a long day.

There isn't really trailer parking available, so if the lot is full, you will have to park in an unsecured lot behind the hotel that used to house other hotels I'm assuming. We were fortunate enough to be able to park horizontally in the parking spots, but the day we left it filled up quickly. There aren't microwaves in the rooms, so if you want to heat up food for a snack or dinner it isn't happening unless you go downstairs to the guest "lounge".

The property was really clean and the staff was really friendly. I was not feeling well the morning of checking out and the staff was considerate enough to offer me some time to check out a little later. I’m looking to move into the area and the staff working on Sunday evening gave me great suggestions. The room was really clean and the bed was very comfortable. I truly enjoyed my stay.

The bathroom light takes a few minutes to get bright but it was okay.

I loved the convenience of the location. My trip was for only a 24 hr period to attend a musical event at the Coca Cola Roxy. Location was great, property was clean, quiet and safe. Located near popular chain restaurants and easy street access to catch transport. Affordable & Clean

My trip was short so I wasn’t able to observe anything negative about the property. Only recommendation is trash cans didn’t have bags inside the room, and I would prefer more towels in the room. But overall nothing I could’ve asked more for.

The room itself was very spacious. Our kids slept well in the pullout sofa bed. We LOVED the hot breakfast, and the kids enjoyed the pool. Pool towels were provided, which was nice.

The door into the toilet/shower area was a tight squeeze, and I only weigh 100 lbs, but the shower itself was plenty big. The walk to Truist park was further than expected, so we ended up driving over to a parking deck, though walking wasn’t out of the question.

Everything was nice. the staff was very helpful, and until the housekeeper opened our room door before check out .Ashley was helpful to the late coffee run

did only thing i did not like it was. when one of the fire sprinkler pipe broke and the was not a properly trained personal on site to minimize the damage of the property and people belonging. also when we took the option of moving to the holiday inn hotel the room and bed were disgusting.

Decent hotel all around. Was greeted by friendly staff. And all the staff the entire time I was there was friendly and helpful. Room was spacious except for the bathroom. Very tiny. But that’s ok. Not living in there. Breakfast was really good with a decent variety of items.
