We just returned from our trip, and we will be back! Great value for how close it was to the battery and Truist park! The staff was so awesome, beds were comfy, and the breakfast was delicious! The most amazing part, the chief engineer at the hotel, Derrick came to our rescue big time when our car battery needed to be jumped to get home. He was so kind and helpful and literally jumped at the chance to help each guest he encountered. It’s hard to find people like that these days. Thank you Derrick and to all of the staff for a great trip!

the location & the friendly front desk and kitchen/dining room associates

The shuttle bus did not return to pick us up as scheduled on 2 different occasions causing my family to wait unnecessarily as well as walk back to the hotel in the pouring rain and lightening very late at night. Also, the shuttle driver was late taking us to the game. The front desk associate had to find the driver in order to take us to our destination. The driver was not friendly. He did tell us where and when he would pick us up, but he did not return. Having a shuttle was a primary reason for choosing this property so we will probably select a different property for our next visit.

The location is perfect, we were next to each other which was perfect. Staff members were prompt and personable. The rooms met our needs as far as size and layout. Breakfast choices for cold items was better on Monday than Sunday, that could just be a delivery reason.

Room 209 has quite a few carpet stains which didn't make you comfortable with children crawling around. Our keys stopped working and we had to have them redone the second day. While it isn't a big issue, it is with 2 tired toddlers in tow.

I was not checked in properly so someone tried to come into my room. They did fix the issue quickly however. I tried to call the day I checked in and no one answered the phone, but then called me back at 2:30 am when I was asleep. Also, the bathroom was very small

Perfect location for getting to the event we had attended during that weekend. Free shuttle to venue was also provided for guests. Hotel overall was very clean, staff was welcoming & friendly, and the free breakfast and wi-fi were great features that came along our booking.

I arrived after 11 PM and the front desk clerk was so friendly and helpful including offering a later check out. Very good breakfast. The location was great to shopping we needed to do prior to going to the concert late afternoon.

This hotel served a simple continental breakfast, for some rooms, it's included in the price. I chose this hotel because it's a great distance from downtown and in very close proximity to the battery and lots of shopping! I also chose this hotel because I know how sketchy parts of Atlanta could be, but here I knew I would be safe.

I didn't like that the hotel could have been updated just a little more. The place is not run down, but it could most definitely use a few cosmetic upgrades inside the room.

The location of this hotel was perfect for our needs. The staff was friendly and fast. Our room was comfy and the bed was really comfortable! I loved how they had the room set up and the decor was unique; it was more modern than traditional. It was next to the highway, but quiet. I wish we could have stayed one more night.

The only complaint I have is the lighting in the room was very dim and dreary. The bathroom was a little small, but still got the job done.

Close to the Ballpark! They offered a shuttle, but we opted to walk since it was such a short distance. Great continental breakfast. Clean, comfy beds and very friendly staff. Will visit again!

My wife and I arrived very late at check in and the desk clerk was very helpful and friendly. The hot breakfast was very good. The location was great for us as well. The room was very clean and we liked having a refrigerator in the room.

For my wife and I the only thing we would have added was a microwave included in the room. Although they do have a community microwave in the common area in the lobby area.
