Hampton Inn & Suites Atlanta-Galleria

The staff were incredibly welcoming from the very beginning, they made sure we were taking care of and made sure we were comfortable. Room was very clean and accommodating; continental breakfast was ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ with different breakfast meat every day complementary water, tea, and coffee. You can’t beat the location, Right across from the battery, restaurants and shops within walking distance ( also Costco nearby 👌🏼) We had a lovely time. Thank you Hampton Inn! We loved our stay

The stay, the staff, and the closeness to the convention center. It was less than a 16 min walk..

Though I like the complimentary breakfast, I wish there was more options for people that don't eat pork or pork products. Also, the confusion before checking in, I was paid through Booking.com, and upon a call to ensure that everything was paid for, was told that the payment didn't go through. On my end, I had indication that payment did go through, I even called the bank to get confirmation. When I was calling Booking.com, then I was told that there was payment but that o still owed 40 dollars for incidentals. I didn't mind the payment for the incidental part, but didn't like the confusion of the payment through Booking.com.

Loved how close it is to Truist Park. Just a short maybe quarter to half mile walk to the stadium. Loved the breakfast options. The staff was super nice, every single one of them. Everything seemed very clean and well maintained.

The parking was uhhh, a little off. Lines have been repainted and they are just all sorts of messed up as the old ones are still there as well. The road noise was absolutely terrible but I guess is to be expected beside an Atlanta interstate.

The front staff was great! Facility was clean. Breakfast was nice with it being back to normal no more to go bags and we could just be prior to covid restrictions. Rooms and bed were very comfortable, we didn't hear any neighbors or people.

Didn't like hearing one of the staffs personall call when we checked in around 8:15pm on 2/19/22. He was very loud at the front desk talking about races of people and saying it he didnt want a Russian guy. Don't really know what it was about but found it inappropriate. Pool wasn't heated which wasn't a huge deal but it was a little more cold then what the kids liked. Some flooring was missing in our bathroom under sink lots of open grout where bugs could come in just looked up finished.

The location was perfect, everything we needed was within walking distance. The breakfast was great with many options! The staff was supper friendly! We were not there for a special event which made this stay perfect because there was so much for us to do, and the area was clean and beautiful!

Cannot complain. There was nothing I didn't like!

I wish I would have remembered his name but the guy when we checked in also worked the next day as well. I think his name was Princeton. He was seriously the nicest person. He was so sweet and helpful. It was really busy but he was so collected and accommodating. He never once showed if he was stressed or aggravated. Just sweet and professional!

Everything and everyone was great!

The breakfast each morning was very good. The location was very convenient to the family members we came to visit. We where in Atlanta over Thanksgiving weekend and the traffic was very lite which was great.

The shower could have used a seat for a handicap person that cannot stand up very long to use. We made the best of that situation though. Everything else was fine.

Close to Truist and the Battery! Easy check in and out, friendly staff, free parking during your stay, and breakfast. There are no complaints- will definitely stay here again!

Water pressure was weak and shower temperature was lukewarm, but I think that’s just to be expected in a hotel.

The property was neat and clean. Upon arrival, the woman at the front desk overnight was amazing helping me and my family. She was prompt and got us checked in without a problem. The property is in an amazing location and surrounded by all sorts of attractions. I was visiting Atlanta for the Alabama vs Miami Hurricanes game and needless to say it was a sight to behold. Roll Tide! This hotel was beautiful and the breakfast was very good.

There was nothing I disliked about the property.

convenient to get to, great location with lots of walkable restaurants, the staff has wow’d us two years in a row now. we’ll be coming back!

only complaint is the traffic noise outside the hotel on the night we stayed. there were some loud-mufflered cars outside drag racing for about half an hour as we were trying to go to sleep.
