That was our third stay there. We love it. The pool is big and clean. The laundry service is free which is a big plus. The suites are roomy and very clean. They have activities that my children enjoyed! Parking is free! They now offer meals. I would love to go back again. I totally recommend this resort!

The 10:00am checkout time put us in a rush. 11:00am or 12pm would be much better. We were on vacation for 12 days and stayed in 3 other hotels and all the other hotels had free breakfast. That was another downside for us at Apple Mountain.

loved all of the amenities! We stayed here for my wedding and had all the guests and family stay here and made a whole weekend out of it! loved being able to use the pool and put put and everything else and people could do whatever they wanted and I didn’t have to entertain or plan the entire time!

Our room was a little dated. Could definitely use some upgrading as far as couches, carpet and the 20” tv in the room. We stayed in the larger 2 bedroom with 2 kings.

The property is laid out with smaller apartments located on main premises, with larger villas across street at Presidential Greens. Registration, pool, game room, activity center and movie theater all centrally located. Horse riding stables very close. Resort close to shopping centers and also Helen, Falls and many beautiful hiking trails. 2 bedroom villas are like luxury homes! 2nd bedroom has own kitchen. jacuzzi tub is massive. In morning! sit on patio and listen to many birds.

Property is beautiful and lots of activities. Maintaining staff was great.

Staff was not welcoming or friendly specifically cleaning staff. Rooms were dirty and showing age.

We loved the villa. It was spacious and comfortable. We had a lovely view of pastures and horses. Jacuzzi was just what we needed.

Small towns are great but we had a hard time finding restaurants and shops that were open. Our timing was bad. I also noticed the furniture needed some TLC. The couches and dining chairs were dirty. I just feel when you are wanting people to be comfy, clean is imperative. Nothing a good steam clean couldn't fix.

Staff and property layout were great.. several activities such as tennis, disc golf, basket ball, tennis, and others.

Hot tub was out for the entire 8 day stay. No compensation or notice given .

I loved the location. Very beautiful.

The only thing that bothered me was on Tuesday night, I was watching TV and I mouse came out from under the door where the air conditioner is located. He ran back under the door and I put a towel down so he couldn’t come out again. You may want to check the closet and see where he came from.

Everything was great! The staff were all very helpful. When we checked in and our first room had a slight animal odor, they were able to quickly change our room (we have allergies and watch out for that in pet friendly hotels). There were more than 1 set of towels and they gladly refreshed them for us midweek upon request. The kitchen had everything we needed to get through multiple meals between dishwasher runs. We enjoyed the onsite games, activities, and pool in the evenings. I was pleasantly surprised that the laundry facilities were free. We got dinner from the cafe our last night and it was very good. Overall, great quality and amenities, especially for the price! (Even the coffee brand they provided plenty of was delicious!)

Trash bags (which we were provided plenty of upon request though) could have been larger for use in the kitchen trash can. But that's ALL I can say =)

This is a wonderful place to stay if you’re looking for family friendly and plenty of activities to do! The location is also close to many state parks. You will have to drive for restaurants or cook if you have a kitchen. The staff was very pleasant. Overall awesome place and we would stay here again.

Loud neighbors in the middle of the night and slamming doors at 6 am! The hotel should talk to everyone as they are checking in about the quiet hours and to be respectful of the neighbors, maybe that would help.

Nice houses in beautiful surroundings. Big apartments with 2 bathrooms, terrace, parking in front of the house.

Shower curtain, it could be cleaner under the furniture. Kitchen is a bit outdated.
