The location was awesome. You could walk to all main areas in Helen. The staff was super friendly and so accommodating. The breakfast was good with a variety of food. The coffee and cookies during the day (all the time) were a hit with both adults and kids!

The price is bit high for the hotel's decor. It is a clean hotel, but the furniture and decor are outdated. The hotel needs a bit of remodeling to spruce it up. It ran a fairly high price for "looking" so old. The pool was also not very clean.

Great breakfast. Friendly at check in and check out. Ladies At breakfast worked fast to make sure there was plenty for the guests. Very friendly. Cleaning people were great. My granddaughter lost her air pods. The gentleman even went to the dumpster to make sure they weren't thrown in the trash. Never found them. 😞 Behind the pool is an area to sit and watch the people tubing down the river. That was fun.

Just that granddaughter lost air pods but that was not the hotels fault.

Location was great! Walking distance to everything in town. It backed up to the river, they had benches and swings along the river bank. So in the evenings we could walk out to the swing and listen to the river flowing. Nice and relaxing. We had the Suite room. Very roomy and spacious. Breakfast was average for hotels.

Staff, especially Ryan were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was yummy but would prefer real eggs. Great location walking distance to town. Excellent riverview from our balcony

There was an issue with the sprinkler system and there was water on our entrance floor when we came in one night. Also shorted out electric plug in bathroom..had to dry my hair in hall by that mirror

Location was quiet, but within walking distance to everything in the main part of town. All the parking in town was $10, so this saved a little bit of money. Did not have the provided breakfast, but instead opted to walk to the German bakery/breakfast place in town (Hofer's), which was really good.

I thought the price was pretty steep for the condition/age of the place, but maybe every place in Helen is expensive since it is touristy.

Breakfast was very simple with just the standard fare. 2 kinds of cereal, hot egg products with a meat. there was a waffle machine. Small area.

It just didn't feel very clean.

The staff is so friendly! This is my second visit and both times they have been excellent. Also the location is perfect. Easy to walk to Helen and a view of the river in the back .

Everything was great from the beds to the breakfast!

The continental breakfast was awesome, the room was clean, the beds were very comfortable, and the location was perfect for our needs.

We have stayed at the Hampton Inn on more than one occasion and will continue to do so. We have no complaints.

The staff was very nice, polite and helpful! The breakfast was great with many options and the location was perfect, close enough to see the sites without a long walk!

The room did have a river view but you had to look over the swimming pool to see the river. I was kinda expecting to be next to the river. They did have an area next to the river that you could walk to and sit by the river.
