Central location to restaurants and activities in Helen. Friendly, helpful staff. It was very nice that attractions and restaurants were open, even late into the evening on Sunday.

Though we enjoyed Helen very much, we would never return on a weekend in the summer. The traffic (both cars and people) was extreme. During the week during the Spring or Fall - much better time for rest and relaxation. The floor in the room needed attention. It was unclean and gritty.

Breakfast was good, location was also good-within walking distance to many shops & restaurants.

Parking for handicap not good, it was just a regular spot with a handicap icon. It needs to be a true handicap spot with larger area. Our van is a conversion van, meaning it has a side ramp to deploy for wheelchair to exit. Could not exit or load wheelchair if parked in this spot. Both nights there we had to pull out of spot to load due to a vehicle in next parking spot.

The property is the perfect walking distance to all the shops and restaurants. It was nice and quiet, the receptionists were kind, and our AC was nice and cold. There were also plenty of towels for us and the toilet paper was wrapped up and brand new.

The door had a crack in the opening which had a breeze sort of come through and made me feel a little less safe. The window curtain was difficult to keep closed, same with the bathroom door.

The value, close to everything we wanted to see in Helen. They let us check in a little early. My husband had a medical emergency on the morning of July 14th and the staff was very concerned, helpful and quick to get us help. They said we could stay past check out if we needed to make sure my husband felt better. Thank you so much, we appreciate everything they did!

Great Staff. I am hoping to get a free stay next time I am in Helen. Just kidding, but not really. Excellent breakfast! Staff are all very competent. Very nice.

Nothing really. Your poor staff had a bad interaction with Amy Coleman, but I hope that gets resolved quickly. I think Amy had too much to drink and doesn't really seem to care about his children.

The room was spacious, comfortable and clean. The location was excellent for exploring the town of Helen for food, shopping and entertainment.

The night staff should have intervened and quieted the noisy guests that decided to use the pool during the night. There should be posted and enforced guidelines for “Quiet Time”.

We loved the heated pool and our kids tuckered theme selves right out. The property is in a great location too. Funny thing is my husband and I stayed in this hotel 25 years ago when we were dating, and then stayed there with our kids (13 and 8) in April 2023 on family vacation. Full circle!

The room smelled a little funny. Not bad but musky kinda.

Literally right in the middle of town, on front street. Perfect location, everything within walking distance, from tubing, to bars, restaurants, and shopping. Staff was very welcoming. Pool was heated. Was definitely hesitant before arriving due to the fact it was a motel. But now, I would definitely recommend/stay here again.

Check in was smooth and super friendly. Location of hotel is in the middle of everything. Room was clean and beds were comfy. Staff also accommodated us for a late check out.

Breakfast. There are no hot options for breakfast. Some breakfast sandwiches and waffles for the toaster or microwave. However; milk, cereal, juice, coffee, etc are available 24 hours.
