The indoor pool was great, my son had a blast. The staff were extremely nice and accommodating. The room seemed to be clean, no complaints. When the cleaning service did come through, nothing was disturbed in my room.

The fridge was controlled by a light switch on the wall by the door and it had been flipped off by the prior inhabitant. There were issues with the Wi-Fi and I was never able to connect tho the staff did everything they could to get it functional. I believe there had been some outages in their area so I’m not really sure this is something they could control. Also, the ladder in the deep end of the pool needs to be replaced.

I liked that I received a non-smoking room with 2 double beds. I liked that the microwave and fridge worked well. I also liked that the remote to the TV worked well too.

I didn't particularly appreciate that the jacuzzi was not working. I didn't particularly appreciate the pool being too cold to swim in. I didn't particularly appreciate that the breakfast honors were not honored and it was subpar.

The best part was the heated indoor pool. It was truly heated, it felt like slipping in a warm bath. The refrigerator was bigger than I expected which was nice. Water pressure in shower was good compared to other hotels. The staff was very friendly.

My biggest complaint was that the room had ants getting into it from somewhere. The room was not overrun with them but we kept seeing them trying to get to our food. The bathroom needs updating (tub & shower head had damage). Bedspreads had stains.

The manager was extremely helpful. Made us feel safe. Always readily available. He was very informative. I would definitely return for another visit. Also the location is perfect.

Only thing that could have been different is the mattresses were brand new but firm. I like a soft mattress which is really hard to find any hotel.

We liked how friendly the staff was. They had a pool and hot tub which was great for when we got back to the room for the kids. The breakfast was convenient and simple which is good for kids. The room was great as described. The location was a bit further than I’d like but was walking distance.

The room did have a smell but we just got some air freshener other than that for the price it was great

I enjoyed this place a lot. Didn’t see any evidence of bed bugs or roaches. Bathroom in our room was clean as were our sheets. Man at front desk was super nice and helpful.

The pool was warm but really murky. The jacuzzi also didn’t work in the day and only worked at night from what I saw. The breakfast was cereal, oatmeal, orange juice and milk, I thought there would be more options.

I took the family on a little get away for the weekend and would highly recommend staying at here! The property looked great and was kept up, I've stayed here a few times in the past and have felt with Chris at the front and he has always been, very helpful,nice, and knowledgeable about the area and things to do. The room was very nice and clean. The property is nice and quiet, I didn't hear anyone or outside noises. The most exceptional feature is the pool and hot tub that is indoors! They were super nice and clean! The kids really enjoyed them, and we will definitely be back!

The man at the front desk was very helpful on both days we needed info on. An as we spoke in reguards to a room for the additonal nite well he mad sure he had one for us an an a discount rate. Thank you so much for your hospitality an kindness but mostly the help we had needed an information !!

Everything except having to stay in smoking room upstairs first night room 212. Had cracked camode lid that pinched my thigh. Can't do stairs with osteo. Couldn't carry my bags...had to leave luggage in car til next day in 103 ground floor. Liked everything in room 103.

See above answer. Man in room 214 kept yelling at his wife about 6 different times all evening til he went to bed.

I love to get away from home and stay in Helen. I use this motel every time. I love the heated pool, it feels warm and it is nice to be able to swim even in the winter. The staff is always friendly and try to make my stay great. The rooms are clean, just a little dated. I've stayed here many times and plan to go back!
