Excellent hotel. From check in to check out, it was Excellent and the staff did everything to make sure we were comfortable. We received a bottle of water upon check in and check out. This was a super touch. The room was very clean and comfortable. The shopping center was within walking distance and it was a beautiful day so we enjoyed the walk. The breakfast was delicious and well maintained. The staff is efficient, courteous and hardworking. They went out of their way to make us happy. We will definitely be back. Enjoyed our stay.

Service culture was excellent. Staff were always attentive and engaging. I loved the breakfast options as it was great value for money.

The beddings need refreshing as it looked tired and worn out. My room also didn't have a refrigerator. I will recommend that the hotel reconsiders this.

The hot breakfast was very delicious. After we got our room and it wasn't cleaned we asked for the manager to look at it. He clean the bathroom and gave us clean linens for our bed because makeup was on the bedding. He also follow-up the next day.

The breakfast was good. Whoever made the grits this past Monday did a great job! The front desk staff was friendly and accommodating.

I wasn't aware that housekeeping had to be requested. The pool was quite small.

People running up and down the halls all night. On the 3rd floor and someone had a dog in their room constantly barking in the early morning

Breakfast was mostly carbs. I did not eat. It was great that it was pet friendly!

The bathroom could have had better and softer towels. The ceiling looked like it was in need of repair,however it was clean.

It is in a quite location and near lots of food and shopping options. Close to highway.

I didn't like that the power keep cutting off if I used the microwave while the TV was on. The outlet was overloaded in room 113.

I have stayed before and like it because of the location, it's close to friends and family.

the tv channels I could not watch a lot of the channel. they would black out. since I was only staying for one day, and i always bring my portable dvd player. I was able to survive.

All of the staff was very friendly 100% Breakfast had different selections both days and was good! The location of this hotel was great, I had stayed here few times previously! Keep up the great work

The bed in my room was not comfortable, woke up without an alarm both days, other than that everything was great!
