The customer service was beyond expectations. All the staff was extremely nice and went out of their way to make sure things were exceptional. This hotel was honestly the best value I have ever had.

The breakfast in the morning was a little lacking. One of the two automatic coffee makers was down, which made for a bottleneck as people stood in line to get a cup. Also, there were no hot food items left and only a few select fruit items when we went. However, I will point out that it was about 30 minutes prior to the breakfast ending time, which could have played into the lack of variety.

Breakfast was self serve, pretty good variety and availability.

The worst part of our stay was the fact that Booking .com DID NOT send our booking in to this hotel. The hotel showed us that our name was not on their list of reservations for that day/night. We then had to go through IGH and book a room again. At this point we did not know whether we would be charged for our booking through Booking.com, and the hotel said they had nothing to do with finding out for us. Plus, we followed the directions to contacting Booking.com from our paperwork and never did reach a person we could talk to. Found out later that we WERE charged for the original booking. However, after a full day, that charged was cancelled. I will not EVER use Booking.com again and will go through IGH directly as the AVID hotel was suitable for our one night stay.

The location and hotel was very nice! The breakfast was also good for what it was and the 24 hour coffee was a good gesture!

I didn’t like that there is no room service when you stay multiple nights! A night or less shouldn’t but 4 nights definitely should get room service and I didn’t like that I had to take my towels down stairs to get more I felt like I was a worker! And they need to pay more attention to the cleanliness of the walls and stuff spilled on the mattresses and under the edge of the beds!

I'm not very picky and for me breakfast was fine - the one you expect from a budget friendly hotel The facilities look simple but modern. Lubby is very inviting and modern. You have coffee in a lobby available 24/7

The shower door in our bathroom needed a good clean from the suds. The TV in the lobby was set on MSNBC channel only all the time, looks like corporate management pushing their political views on their guests.

It was acceptable for the price. Caffe was good!

Shower glass doors need to be cleaned to get off water / soap stains. Use Dawn it works! Not a big deal just wipe with wet cloth soapy with dawn . Eventually it will be gross n cause more negative comments.

The bathroom was not cleaned properly. Water stains on the shower door and the sink.

I like the coffee and continental breakfast set up for guests. 24 hrs coffee and tea station, snack bar, ice maker with disposable bucket. Lastly, the bathroom shower with J. Watkins body wash, conditioner, shampoo, hand soap and hand lotion dispenser.

Front desk representative provided so-so customer service. On Sunday, July 3rd and Monday, July 4th during check out both elevators non operational. Although it's not the fault of the hotel staff, however, front desk staff could have done a better job keeping guests updated on elevators.

Front desk attendant was very welcoming. After a long drive that was such a bonus. I think his name was Javon. He helped us switch rooms for my disabled mom and made sure all was clean and well. He was also there for AM shift and remembered us during breakfast and was multitasking but making sure food area was presentable. Thanks Javon! Good breakfast options too. Originally we were booked at a chain hotel I'll just call the "Led Booth Gin" and we left 10 mins after check in bc it was filthy. For a last minute booking this hotel was so relieving to find.

Great new hotel, big window in the room, modern appliances & design. After 2 weeks in the road this hotel was a big relief. Definitely a lot better, then most of the *** we've been to.

The breakfast was very good and unusual, but: the breakfast bunns are served individually and are available from the hearing machine - they were all cooked improperly, the bread was watery and slightly burned, so has to throw it away. Also, would be a good idea to get a waffle machine for the breakfast, we good really used for some good old waffles during our trip.

The staff were friendly and helpful, but there was a problem at check-in and with the room charges. While the facility was convenient and clean, these snafus impacted the stay.

Breakfast was scant. We weren't officially checked in for some technical administrative reason, and were considered a "no show." This caused them to keep trying to check other people into the room we were staying in and it complicated the room charge process. I'm still watching to see if the corrections go through.
