Excellent location! We could walk to most things or take the near by free trolley service. The place has historic charm and ambiance. The beds were pretty comfy. The kitchen has pots and pans etc to cook a meal.

There are things that need maintenance and cleaning. There are only plastic blinds on the windows no curtains so it’s very light in the bedroom. The bathroom seems to have mold in the corner and needs painting. The washer dryer was useable but difficult to get the door open and shut. The rug in the bedroom needs a good cleaning. The beds are small and no sleeper sofa upstairs.

Excellent location, easy walk to the river and to all of historic Savannah. Parking was easy and convenient. Large apartment in a historic building. Coffee shop next door.

this spacious home was clean, comfortable and centrally located. We had lots of room. After being in the car, it was as nice to be able to have some space. One watched tv upstairs and the other read while downstairs. So we each had our own space for a bit. on site laundry was an added bonus.

I was unaware that it was 2 levels. i limited the number of times that I went upstairs. This layout allowed more privacy. For most people, this wouldn’t be an issue.

location is great. lots of parking around. close to the river and Forsyth park.

the bedroom is on the first floor which means you come in tired from a day of sightseeing and really can’t enjoy grabbing drink, sitting on the couch, and watching TV or playing a game with your kids without having to walk upstairs. may not seem like much but it’s a real inconvenience. the water pressure in the shower is also weak. all this would be tolerable if the apartment wasn’t over $300 per night.

Beautiful place. Love the wood beam ceiling and the set up (duplex). Perfect escape. Surprisingly quiet inside apartment despite being in center. Perfect location. Close to everything. Great Thai place, coffee shop and well known sandwich place right across. No issues finding parking right in front but had to pay for it. Great/fast communication with owners on any questions we had. We really loved our stay! We would def stay here again if I come back to Savannah.

The beds. Small queen beds - my husband and I could not sleep together in one bed. Only fit with one of our kids. Also would be great to have a guest welcome book with more detailed info on what to do with trash, linens, recommended grocery stores, restaurants, etc... Street parking is not free but that is the case anywhere in Savannah. Owners sent recommendations ahead of time.

The location was exceptional. Could not have found a better location, right next to a parking garage, and a nice square. It is in a very quiet town and only a 10-minute walk from the river! The actual place was also very cute and comfortable. It fit women easily, and we all felt safe in this location.

Everything was great! The beds are a little small, so I would just be mindful about who is sharing beds. It worked well for two females, but I'm sure it would be more snug with two males. Additionally, the floors could have been cleaner, but overall no real complaints!

Location, size of the property and the amenities.

No black out curtain or blinds in the first floor windows (that is where the bedroom is). Would have scored 10/10 if there were blackout curtains. Took a while (2 days) to figure out how to use the touchpad lock.

Sofa bed on second floor is quite bad. We had to put the mattress on the floor, which made it a bit more bereable to sleep, but I think the owners should invest in a much better option for future guests. It would make the experience better for groups of more than 4 people and get top marks. Also, some of the cabinets in the main bathroom were is very bad conditions and should be fixed right away

Great layout - beds and bath on 1st floor, spacious family room , 1/2 bath and beautiful kitchen on second floor. Easy walking distance to everything we wanted to visit.

There were 3 of us, and the listing said 3 beds, so we thought we were set, but only 2 beds and sofas did not pull out. I let the owner know, he said he would update the listing.

My friends/family and I just had the best weekend in Savannah! This house was close to everything, we felt very safe with the location, the house itself was perfect! Had everything we needed, bathrooms were great, shower was huge and separate from the sink area which made it easy for lots of women getting ready at once. The owners checked in via text to make sure everything was going good and of course it was. Would definitely stay here again. It’s very easy to find and within walking distance to everything.
