Excellent location! We could walk to most things or take the near by free trolley service. The place has historic charm and ambiance. The beds were pretty comfy. The kitchen has pots and pans etc to cook a meal.

There are things that need maintenance and cleaning. There are only plastic blinds on the windows no curtains so it’s very light in the bedroom. The bathroom seems to have mold in the corner and needs painting. The washer dryer was useable but difficult to get the door open and shut. The rug in the bedroom needs a good cleaning. The beds are small and no sleeper sofa upstairs.

Excellent location, easy walk to the river and to all of historic Savannah. Parking was easy and convenient. Large apartment in a historic building. Coffee shop next door.

this spacious home was clean, comfortable and centrally located. We had lots of room. After being in the car, it was as nice to be able to have some space. One watched tv upstairs and the other read while downstairs. So we each had our own space for a bit. on site laundry was an added bonus.

I was unaware that it was 2 levels. i limited the number of times that I went upstairs. This layout allowed more privacy. For most people, this wouldn’t be an issue.

location is great. lots of parking around. close to the river and Forsyth park.

the bedroom is on the first floor which means you come in tired from a day of sightseeing and really can’t enjoy grabbing drink, sitting on the couch, and watching TV or playing a game with your kids without having to walk upstairs. may not seem like much but it’s a real inconvenience. the water pressure in the shower is also weak. all this would be tolerable if the apartment wasn’t over $300 per night.

Great layout - beds and bath on 1st floor, spacious family room , 1/2 bath and beautiful kitchen on second floor. Easy walking distance to everything we wanted to visit.

There were 3 of us, and the listing said 3 beds, so we thought we were set, but only 2 beds and sofas did not pull out. I let the owner know, he said he would update the listing.

Location, size of the property and the amenities.

No black out curtain or blinds in the first floor windows (that is where the bedroom is). Would have scored 10/10 if there were blackout curtains. Took a while (2 days) to figure out how to use the touchpad lock.

The property is in a good, central location to see Savannah. Very close to Oglethorpe Square and right next to a coffee shop. Nice and roomy, just as described. Had a folded cot for a 5th person to sleep on, but bring extra sheets for it.

Next to the fire station Not recommended for elderly or anyone with mobility issues. My inlaws fell twice on the step going into the bedroom downstairs. They struggled with the stairs. Great place if youre ok with the stairs.

location very cozy perfect size

very musty moldy smell. maybe a dehumidifier might help with that. I know it is an old building and maybe there really is nothing you can do. That was our only complaint.

The location was exceptional. Could not have found a better location, right next to a parking garage, and a nice square. It is in a very quiet town and only a 10-minute walk from the river! The actual place was also very cute and comfortable. It fit women easily, and we all felt safe in this location.

Everything was great! The beds are a little small, so I would just be mindful about who is sharing beds. It worked well for two females, but I'm sure it would be more snug with two males. Additionally, the floors could have been cleaner, but overall no real complaints!
