we liked the location of the property and that there was parking behind the hotel.

The time for breakfast could have been longer, and if only by half an hour.

This was a great place to stay - very central to the reasons why people visit Savannah. We walked everywhere. Across the street is the River Walk and a Trolley stop. So many excellent restaurants are walkable. The hotel was perfect for us - not in a 5 star sense - but gave us all that we need. It is an older building and will need some refreshing soon. Nice breakfast, a nice suite room with kitchen that all works! Friendly staff etc. Note: No housekeeping unless requested but that’s ok with us I would recommend this hotel to a friend

Hotels in this area are not cheap and this was not cheap. But we left there fully content

Great location! Very clean. The front desk/check in staff were all so friendly and accommodating. The breakfast surpassed our expectations; it was excellent all 3 mornings. We only had the opportunity to try one night of the complimentary appetizers/drinks because we were out at the time they were offered, but they were nice as well. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others. I also noticed that the lobby always smelled so clean and fresh. I wondered how they kept the same pleasant scent in that area with people in and out.

The only suggestions I have for improvement is the mattress was not very comfortable. It felt lumpy. I liked that there were 2 washers/dryers for guest use at no cost, however they could use a little maintenance. One of the dryers vent filters was corroded with holes which isn’t very safe. One of the washers did not spin out a small load of clothing well, and I had to put the items back through a spin cycle.

Parking! Lot is so small that it was hard to find anything and than to be charged $25 a night. I got a call about where we parked one night when we were out on the River Boat Dinner cruise that I was gonna be ticketed for parking where it said, Hotel guest parking. I was upset about that and worried during the cruise but when we got back to the hotel, no ticket was there. I had a pass in the window and told the lady that it said, hotel parking only so maybe she spoke with the officer and they ended up not writing tickets.

the reception staff were warm and friendly. The hotel was quite clean. They were generous with towels and the beds were comfortable. Breakfast was fine . There was a kitchenette in the room. we didn’t use it, but if interested, it was nicely equipped.

Two things, one that can be easily fixed - add fresh fruit at breakfast versus canned peaches. The second was not as easy. We chose this hotel because it is close to a restaurant where we intended to eat that evening. The problem is that it also near a square that seemed to attract quite a number of homeless people. no one bothered us, but we were careful walking after dark.

Our first time in Savannah, and we picked a winner of a hotel! Perfect location walk to the best everything. All areas from the lobby to elevators, halls, rooms were super clean. King room was very comfortable, bed was awesome. A kitchenette with everything you could possibly need for your stay. (I only used refrigerator and ice) The staff is incredible. Welcoming and friendly yet professional. The lobby bartender Kiwi was very informative, talented and fun. Our front desk interactions were mostly the great duo Tina and Tristan. Friendly, helpful and informative. All employees we encountered were great.

Nothing! OK the TV was a little confusing at chill time later evening but that's it. Likely user error.

Location was perfect and the staff all the way down to security and the bartenders were the most pleasant I've ever encountered. They greeted you with a huge smile everyday. You can tell they really enjoy their jobs. I look for customer service first, they by far exceeded this expectation.

The breakfast could have been a little, and I had to request towels several times. To their defense, it was a holiday weekend, however, you should be prepared for the holiday rush.

The location is definitely close to the river. I love the park in front of the hotel for my daughter's dog.

One was, there is not enough parking space, and having to pay for it. The other situation I was a little taken aback was on how one of the front ladies approached my daughter regarding sitting in the wrong place for breakfast with her dog. I felt she was tactless and blunt communicating we couldn't sit in that area.

We couldn't have had a better location (easy access to all of the old town sights: we were ale to just leave our car in the hotel lot and not move it) the staff were terrific, and the hotel was exceptional: a mix of old & new. The hotel offers a wine/beer and horduvre gathering Monday to Wednesday, I believe it's a chain-wide policy, and it was great. Good hot breakfast is offered. Overall a wonderful hotel in a terrific city, well definately come back.

We didn't stay long enough!

Location was excellent. Breakfast was good, but could have been a little more options. Nice happy hour in early evening.

Room was very nice, but a little noisy from traffic. Air conditioning vent was positioned to push air right over bed which caused my husband & I to cough
