Location was excellent, walking distance to everything. Every staff member we encountered was friendly and helpful. Concierge in house for info about area, tickets for trolley, etc was a big plus for us because we didn't know anything about Savannah. Room was clean and beds comfy. Breakfast was good. Complimentary bottled water always available.

The ONLY thing I didn't like was having to pay $39/day for valet parking - a little steep in my opinion. We walked everywhere. The garage across the street stayed full, so would've been hit or miss to find a spot for $15/day. During the week it might be easier.

Perfect location! Walking distance to the historic River Street, Plant District, parks, shopping, wonderful restaurants, etc… we were able to park our car for the whole weekend!

All the staff members we encountered were just awesome! Specifically Ms. Beverly Sellers stood out to us. She seemed like she was there 24 hours a day, always smiling with a kind word for the people she encountered. Nothing phased her, she was poised, professional, and pleasant with each interaction. We were very impressed with her service!

Although undergoing renovations, our room was newly renovated. Although there was a problem with getting into the room and it was the wrong room and we didn’t get into the wrong room until 2:16 am on Thursday morning because of a faulty lock, they provided us the type of room we actually reserved later that morning on Thursday and all were gracious and apologetic. The new room was excellent and had the perfect view of the River.

The fact that they had so much construction going on.

the location was perfect. our old savannah tour bus stopped right outside of the hotel. there were many shops and restaurants within steps of the hotel. and my favorite thing was watching the ships pass by.

I wish there were more seats available for breakfast. many people had to eat in their rooms because there were no seats.

Front desk staff was friendly, concierge lady was very helpful in her suggestions and information on things to do

Our room was never cleaned. We were there Wednesday through Saturday and had do not disturb on the door on Thursday, so maybe we missed them cleaning our floor. Not sure, but it would have been nice to get more towels. My parent's room had a bathroom floor that curved 2 times towards a drain. I guess it was a handicap bathroom but it was a trip hazard and when they ran the shower the tile got all wet and made it even worse. Our bathroom was fine.

Very good positioned next to River Street and a part of the historic district. Good breakfast. Public parking across the street.

Rooms and hotel could be updated. Valet parking is 45 USD per day which is insane expensive. Fortunately there is a public parking across the street for 10 USD per day.

The location was great. The staff was extremely friendly and the rooms were very clean. We appreciated having bottled water available without a up charge.

The pool area could have used a refresh. The furniture was pretty worn with holes. Overall it just wasn’t a very relaxing pretty area. It didn’t match the beauty of the hotel.

Convenient location to the river front.

The weekend price per night was a bit steep in my opinion. 549 dollars for one night is kinda pricey. All the pillows were completely flat. For over 5 hundo per night, the pillows should be of better quality. This should be addressed ASAP. If you want me to come back, improve the quality of the pillows so I don't wake up with a neck ache. Everything else was per expectation.

I didn’t realize that the parking did exist. I had to pay $45 per day to valet park. Had requests housekeeping services. Ice was on different floor. I didn’t know if the room that I was assigned slept pets. I have allergies so that concerned me. I don’t want to sleep in a dog bed.

It was centrally located to my affairs.
