SpringHill Suites Island Park Yellowstone

Always a beautiful stay at Springhill Suites in Island Park. The hot tub is large and hot. The lobby is spacious and clean. The restaurant has great food and drinks. Rooms are spacious and feel very modern. The view is always stunning (keep your eyes out for moose in the river!) The Macks Inn Parlor was right next door and super convenient.

Our room was directly next to the lobby which resulted in lots of noise during breakfast setup each morning. Door slams were loud. Lots of stomping in the hallways and rooms above. Would have enjoyed more luggage carts.

This property is ideally located near several idyllic locations. Yellowstone (west entrance) is less than 30 minutes away. Harriman State Park and other beautiful outdoor attractions are also within a half hour drive. The hotel is situated next to a picturesque river and adventure outfitter, and there is a wonderful restaurant next door. The hotel itself is pristine with large guest rooms, pleasant decor, quality on-site restaurant and bar that offer evening refreshments, and a free, tasty breakfast. Play pool with the family in the lobby, sit by the fire pit or in the hot tub- both of which overlook the river. To top it off, the staff is knowledgeable and helpful. Overall, we loved our stay here and highly recommend SpringHill Suites Island Park Yellowstone!!!

very good location of the hotel right next to the river there is a mexican restaurant nearby very good there is also ice cream and Pizza

I stayed in this hotel for two days Unfortunately no one showed up for room cleaning and towel change while we were on a Yellowstone trip and the room was empty and our beds were not made either

This was by far my favorite place to stay in Island Park! We tried a couple other hotels in the area that were just not up to par and had maintenance issues. The front desk here was so accommodating and helped us get a room right away on a busy weekend. We greatly appreciate the wonderful staff and the clean, comfortable accommodations.

Despite the location quite far from any big cities, this hotel provides everything for a comfortable staying. The room was spacious and quite. The western entrance of Yellowstone Park is relatively near. There are also some good restaurants nearby.

Very clean and updated rooms. The hotel pool and hot tub were also fantastic. The pool table, bar, and eating areas were also really great. The view from the back patio is fantastic (as well as from the hot tub). The breakfast buffet was really good and offered a lot of variety. We appreciated seeing diverse staff (service dog was utilized for one of the staff) as we are family with neurodiversity. Every staff member we encountered was nice and helpful. The laundry room was also a nice touch since it is easy to run out of clean clothes when you have kids and are out having fun! Overall, this was the best hotel we have stayed at so far.

The only thing I wish could have been different, was if a military/veteran's discount could have been applied to our stay. The front desk staff didn't seem sure if that was a possibility, however, it would have made the room a bit more affordable as it was on the more expensive side for our family.

The breakfast is always good, the lobby is a nice place to eat and hang out. We always enjoy the hot tub.

The room we had smelled like a smoker had been in it. Then a lot of air freshener was used to try and cover it. So lots of smells to deal with. Also online I booked a room with a “view”. The view of the back of the pizza place was not the view I expected. I wish there was a room with a king bed and a tub.

We were traveling back to our home from several days skiing in the Wasatch, when we decided we were too tired to continue on we made a quick booking via the booking.com app. It was easy and the continental breakfast in the morning was perfect before heading on our way.

Location was perfect for our visit to Yellowstone and about. Room was large and comfy except for troubles with HVAC. Maintenace addressed issue immediately and visit was a treat.

excellent, friendly staff- very clean and well maintained, welcoming atmosphere-

no good mirrors outside bathroom in room- VERY tough for multiple people to get ready at the same time- very poor design flaw that I wouldn’t expect from a Bonvoy property. a deal breaker for any consideration of future stays unless I’m solo.
