I liked the quaintness of the cabins and how you were only around 6 or so other cabins. The cabin itself was spacious enough for 4 people and was really nice to have 2 separate rooms.
It wasn't an issue but I could see how it would be that there could be more availability for parking, especially in the winter with snow, it is not ideal to have to park elsewhere and walk.

The cabin description and photos matched what I saw online - the cabin was well appointed and set up. I booked only the day before so I got a cabin with two bedrooms and only needed one. However, the price was great for the cabin, parking and easy access between the two. I appreciated the coffee set up and use of a small stove. Grocery stores and restaurants are very close by as well.
A few minor suggestions: - Make it clear in the reservation communications that check in for the Explorer Cabins is at a nearby sister hotel - Clarify that check out at the hotel is not required, the key can be left in the room - Call out specifics for the use of the fireplace as the only heater - the fireplace is way in the front of the narrow and long cabin, but it wasn't clear if I could leave the fireplace on all night or not. The heat doesn't really make it to the bedrooms very well but there were extra blankets

We were surprise that the location was super good which is just at the west entrance of Yellowstone National Park and 2 blocks away from most restaurants and stores. Our room was nice and clean, which was even better than shown in pictures. Especially, I love the bedding and shampoo. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back in the future.

The kitchen of the two-bedroom suites came with everything we need. Dish soap, a sponge, dishwasher, four large plates, four small plates, four bowls, four mugs/glasses, utensils, knives (which is very dull), cutting board, one large pot, one small pot…etc. There were also poker cards, monopoly (national park edition), UNOs to play with. The place is very neat and clean. We loved the fireplace a lot. We were able to park our car in front of our cabin. It was a nice cabin experience in winter!
Slow drains for both the sinks in the kitchen and the bathroom. Kind of noisy in the bedroom when other people are using the bathroom (the sound of the exhausting fan I guess?). The bed is not very comfortable (but I can’t tell whether the mattress is too soft or too firm for me, or is it just the pillows are not supportive enough…). I just know that I felt back/neck pain every morning I woke up. The black bear plush they put in one of the bedroom costs $25 if you take it (you can buy the same plush with a cheaper price in any gift shops nearby).

Cute, clean cabins. Great location.
Only 1 large fire pit outside for All cabins, & it was next door for s’mores. Not near each cabin. All cabins near fore pit were closed? We check in/out at Gray Wolf office & get ice there, yet they do not let you share free breakfast there. ☹️

There was no breakfast.
There was a serious omission on your part as to the checkin. You gave an address for the property. It was for a motel, not for the Explorer cabins. There was NO explanation that this motel was the check-in for the Explorer Cabins. We drove around in circles looking for an office for the Explorer Cabins, finally going into the motel to ask for help. Very frustrating. A very bad start to our stay. I’ll avoid using your site in the future.

The set up being a cabin made it feel like being in Yellowstone. Also the fire pit in the courtyard with the s'more bags in the room was icing on top.
We had a two queen bed unit and it was one of the only cabins that is a "double" cabin which would be wonderful for families traveling together needing two cabins as it had an adjoining door. But we were not with the people staying in the adjoining cabin and the headboards were against the wall of the adjoining unit. They stayed up till 2am laughing and talking (not exceptional loud, but loud enough that we could not go to sleep). Again, this was one of only a couple double cabins, if we had been in one of the stand alone units it would have been a perfect experience.

3 night stay. First night cabin had shared wall and neighbors were loud. Asked to be moved next morning and staff was indifferent and not helpful. Kept saying you booked with third party (Booking) and there’s nothing we can do. Called Booking and lodged complaint. Booking took care of the problem.
Last two nights were outstanding. Room was an upgrade for no additional cost and we thoroughly enjoyed the stay. Close proximity to Yellowstone National Park

The location and staff were great. Free laundry, use of binoculars and such with the $20 a day service charge (we didn’t know we had to pay that until we got there)
We need to use the pull out of the couch to fit all of our people/family in. The couch was super uncomfortable so for several nights we rotated that around because no one could sleep with the couch pulled out. You could feel every spring. I might as well have slept on the floor. However, the beds were comfortable.

We loved the layout of the cabins. It was great for my husband and I to have our own spacious bedroom and the kids to have a pullout sofa in the living room. We loved the firepit near the cabins for relaxing after a big day in the park and toasting marshmallows for smores! We also enjoyed the hot tub/pool and took advantage of the free coffee, laundry facilities, ice machine, and snacks in the main hotel building all while enjoying the privacy of the cabin. We also liked being able to walk a block to all the shops and restaurants, including McDonalds for our morning breakfast before a day of hiking and site seeing
Our shower clogged but no biggie -- we managed. We didnt have a chance to report to the main hotel staff. everything else was perfect,.
