Decent breakfast but a bit heavy on the starches. The room was quite spacious. The staff was helpful and friendly. Nice bonuses of ice cream, indoor pool/spa, s'mores in the evening (didn't take advantage of those but they were a nice touch). The location a few hundred yards from the Yosemite entrance was great.

It's pretty big, not "cozy" and cute. But things seemed to run smoothly.

Lots of amenities. Even free washer and dryer. Fridge in room. Even free ice cream at 4pm daily.

Nothing bad at all. Classy place

The room was exactly what we needed, the breakfast was great for starting our day, and the free amenities like an ice cream social, smores, binoculars, kid games, etc were all a treat! Plus, perfect proximity to Yellowstone, the Wolf/Bear Sanctuary across the street, and the restaurants in West Yellowstone. Going to sleep and waking up to wolves howling across the street was a unique experience that we will always remember.

The indoor pool was a little chilly, but the kids liked it. The gym was a little cramped and the gym hours starting at 7am was a little too late to workout in the morning and get to the parks early too.

the location was great! easy walkability to everything in town and right outside the park gate! rooms were very spacious and clean. s’mores kits were a great idea! facility was very clean and welcoming.

we didn’t spend a lot of time in our room, but the few things we were iffy about were the temperature of the spa. it was just warm, not hot at all. also, beds a bit firm and 4 very stuffed pillows! great if you like that but I couldn’t find one unstuffed enough to not leave a kink in my neck lol. would be nice to have some warm options for breakfast for the price. all in all Clean and friendly staff just a tad spendy for a place to lay your head, although most hotels are around there 🤷‍♀️

The smores kits for the fire pit out front was EXCELLENT!! Location was key: easy access to Yellowstone National Park West Entrance and right across the street from a Tesla Supercharger Station (we were traveling in a Tesla Model X). Breakfast consisted of a decent continental breakfast -- blueberry muffins, energy bars, bananas, cereal, coffee, etc. Our room (2-queens) was large and spacious -- the refrigerator came in handy for the left overs from the excellent restaurants around town -- and had a nice large flat screen TV. The showered maintain constant temperature and we enjoyed the natural body wash, shampoo and conditioners provided. The Tesla destination chargers on-site were an added bonus.

It would be nice to have some hot items (besides waffles) like eggs and sausage -- hotels that provide eggs, sausage, hash browns, etc. typically get our business over those that do not.

Location was good. West Yellowstone is small so you really can't go too wrong anywhere. Grey Wolf is in easy walking to distance to multiple restaurants. The staff was very friendly. They had our room all ready for us with a stuffed grey wolf we could keep. The smores and fire at night were a really nice touch. Breakfast was pretty good too.

Parking in the winter can be a challenge. Not really anything that can be done about it since if you are here in the winter the snow is what you really want to see anyway. On the annoying side, the corporate overlord of Grey Wolf kept sending me messages to do a survey. That got annoying but they stopped when I told them 4 reminders was 3 too many.

Contrary to complaints which we have seen on booking.com reviews All 4 of us in our party thought the breakfast was excellent., And the gentleman serving the breakfast area was very pleasant and took care of everything. It was very nice that this breakfast area was actually part of the lobby and was open and in use throughout the day and evening with coffee et cetera available and a few other items. We especially like that there are 2 sinks, one in the room with a toilet and tub and another outside that room. A real plus!

We were there one night and then later in the week 2 more nights. The shower stall in the downstairs room the 1st night was excellent in a number of unusual ways. Not so in the room on the 2nd floor where we spent 2 nights.

Loved our stay, so close to the park. The kids loved the nightly smores and I see they had an ice cream social. Rooms were comfortable . Especially liked the double sink in bathroom & out! Breakfast wasn’t our favorite, toast/bagels/muffins & tornados which was a fun change but I would like more proteins. Coffee was great. Pool was crowded but that’s to be expected. Overall, I’d stay again.

Breakfast could be better. I thought it was pretty pricy but was comparable with other hotels. Guess it’s the area.

Great location, though a bit of extra driving if you plan on spending a lot of time in the north of the park Good choice of eating places in the area. Great staff. Bed was really comfy and room spacious. nice to hear wolves howling from the Grizzly and Wolf Centre across the road. reasonable breakfast choices and great to have them available from 6am.

noisy fizzy drink machines! had to change room because of the loud buzzing noise right opposite room door. Bathroom needed a bit of upgrading.

The high rating is because was surprised by much of the services offered by the hotel -- such as special evening social events and gifts. The location of the hotel was also perfect for us--within walking distance of restaurants downtown, and with the added treat of the animal sanctuary across the street and the howling of real live wolves in the early morning. The staff were helpful and kind.

Not crazy about the howling stuffed wolf at the entrance of the hotel. But that s a minor observation.
