The location was great. We were able to walk to shop and ice cream etc. We arrived early expecting to leave my husband in the lobby to rest, but the warm welcoming desk staff found us two rooms that were ready and allowed us to check in early. The AC in my room didn’t seem to be working. I called the front desk. Within 5 min the head of house keeping arrived. The plug had been bumped loose and by reinserting it the unit was immediately fixed. The head of maintenance also stopped by to double check. All was good and we had a very comfortable night. My grandkids enjoyed the pool. Breakfast was also delicious.

The room was clean and comfortable with all of the amenities. The staff were very friendly, offering recommendations for dining options in the area upon check in. There is a complimentary breakfast in the restaurant attached to the motel. You can get a bagged breakfast to go or eat in at the buffet. The choices were different the two days that we were there which was nice that there was some variety. The location is very close to Yellowstone so that was convenient.

I have no complaints. It is a little pricey for a 2 star hotel, but it's the busy season and the location is right outside the entrance to Yellowstone so you are paying extra for the convenience of not having to drive a long way to get to the entrance of the park.

The staff was absolutely fantastic. They even helped us narrow down where to go for the Best Steak in Town. The rooms were bigger than expected. $200 less expensive than room my sister booked the previous night & this room/hotel was perfect. We couldn’t even hear people in the room next to us or above us.

Close to Yellowstone so getting to the park was easy and quick. Rooms were a good size and comfortable. My kids loved the water slide at the pool.

Breakfast was OK. Decent choices but everything was just a bit dry. I also thought the price was a bit high but I know we were paying more because of location.

Good hotel, nice size rooms, the staff was exceedingly friendly and helpful . There morning breakfast is one of the best I've had, excellent choices, good taste, and willing to make other things if they could.

The pool was a little cold for the younger kids, but they still enjoyed it

the "to go" breakfast they now serve was VERY underwhelming. It consisted of a small juice container and a very so-so muffin. period. I was led to expect a warm breakfast from listing "American breakfast", as opposed to a continental breakfast. I've been to other restaurants that manage to serve a true American breakfast to go.

I booked through a third party and had to leave a day early because of more snow. The motel told me that since we booked through a third party they were not able to refund us for the day we could not stay. They said that the third party would have to do that.

Breakfast offered and was great! Staff was friendly. Beds were so comfortable. Rooms were nicely darkened too. Would definitely stay there again!

Had no complaints about hotel. Cost and food choices in general area needs improvement.

Pool had an amazing water slide where any kid and maybe even some adults can enjoy! The pool area also has two hot tubs that are moulded to sit in more comfortably than those square tiled hot tubs at other places with one random jet here or there. Ive had a seat with two jets on my back so that's a bonus.

The room was clean and neat and airy. The bathroom was very clean. The bed was comfortable and you had all the tv channels I love.

I did not like that you didn't have coffee/hot water available 24/7 for guests like other places I have stayed. Also the little bagged breakfasts were not to my liking. When I asked if I could have a different flavor muffin I was told no. Did not like that at all.
