I had pretty low expectations. The ratings online made it seem like it would be a little outdated. I was just hoping for clean sheets and plumbing. The staff was very helpful and friendly when I called each time (3 times to be exact). They were very accommodating as well, when we ended up arriving much later than expected, and after normal hours. The cleaning crew was friendly. The room was a lot nicer than I expected. It was updated fairly recently, and everything felt clean. We also had a fridge and a microwave that helped a lot. I would definitely stay again.

The only downside was that the walls were thin. We could hear the people above us moving around, and hear the toilet flushing. The adjacent rooms showers were really loud, but it never lasted long. So it wasn’t a big deal.

We booked as a last minute reservation and the facilities are old and only had a smoking room. They were clean and the staff took care of a noise issue reported by someone else while we were there. Compared to the other rooms in the areas it was a good rate but definitely more than it was worth for our travels across the US and Back. Close to Park so worth the extra i guess. Gave good recommendations for food.

Smoking room. Smell was with us for next couple days. Older establishment but clean. To be fair most in the area are older also.

We stayed in a room with 3 queen beds that worked well for our family of 5. It is an older motel but in good upkeep. It was very clean. We especially liked that the bathroom and shower were separate from the vanity. It allowed us to all get ready without problems. We had a refrigerator and a microwave which really helped. It is just a block away from downtown restaurants and shops. There is even a grocery store close by. The lady who checked us in was very accommodating and really fun. It is very close to the west entrance of Yellowstone which was the purpose of our trip.

It is an older motel but it was a good experience. You just need to realize it’s not fancy but clean and comfortable.

Location ideal—we wanted someplace close to Yellowstone, and this worked fine. Good access to downtown businesses, too. Wi-fi worked with no trouble. No problems with temperature control. Shower controls a little tricky, but we figured them out. Manager at the front desk was friendly and informative.

A bit of trouble figuring out the shower controls, which weren't especially intuitive. A notice by the sink or the tub explaining how it works might be helpful. But once we'd puzzled them out, it worked fine.

This is a no frills motel but it is extremely clean and the rooms are wonderful! The staff is very friendly and entertaining! The bar/restaurant next door offers great food and outstanding service. Although they don't offer any breakfast, there is also a great local bakery across the street that has great pastries and breakfast burritos! The rooms are spacious and in great condition, comfortable beds and a great bathroom/shower. Overall a very pleasant stay!

Although they advertise WiFi none of group could hook in. As far as TV goes, as long as you actually wanted CNN, choices are limited. No FOX, or much of anything else!

It's a great location, as close as you get to the west Yellowstone entrance. Close to stores, shops, restaurants, gas stations and etc. Clean, comfortable & spacious.

There was no soap or hair conditioner for the shower/ bathroom, only shampoo. I talked to the young lady at the desk about it, and she said she would take care of it. She didn't seem interested at all with what I had to say... just wanted to get back to the guy that was with her in the office. We returned late from the park, and nothing had been done. They didn't even do a normal cleaning service. We had to use the shampoo for cleaning everything in the shower the entire time.

Unique 'off beat' motel, not your typical chain motel. Older but clean and comfortable. Interesting western town and motel matches that flavor!

The property was LITERALLY right at the entrance for West Yellowstone. The one road it is connected to seems to be a back “alley” or side road from the heavy traffic and if you make a left turn you’re right there at the West Yellowstone entrance.

My boyfriend and I was late for the reservation by a day so we only used the room for sleeping, because we even got in super late, so I have no strong comment or dislike for the property. My only comment is that the room didn’t get too cold and the comforter was stained.

Check in was hilarious. Wish I knew name but he was great. Did not pet his dog!!!! Nothin g like traveling then being greeted by him. The room was great looked recently remolded and very clean, Loved the Soaps and shampoos too. Just a real nice place.

WITH THE AMOUNT OF TAXES THE CITY RECIEVES SHOULD DEFINILTY OPEN UP HELP FOR BUSINESS UPGRADE THE BUILDINGS AND AREA.

I know I am usually skeptical about an overwhelmingly positive review, but this motel deserves it. Anne at check-in was awesome even though she had 2 trying customers before us. During my booking I asked questions and I received email replies very quickly. I was so happy with our room location, size, cleanliness. Location was absolutely perfect and price beyond reasonable. We were in the Dude side of the motel properties.

I didn't like how some of the other guests acted. Noone is better than another. Be courteous, stop being demanding when the staff is obviously doing you a favour. The only flaw I found was the dome light in the main part of the room had dead flies in it. Housekeeping would not be able to deal with it, it would require maintenance and a ladder. If I go look, there is one in a dome light in my house, but I would need a ladder also. I'm not a fan of soap dispensers in the shower, but I travel with my own soap, so not a big deal.
