The front desk lady in the morning was very kind and friendly she was honestly the best part of the place

There are some harassment from the other guests and a lot of screaming and yelling from people outside also the bathroom light did not work in our room but that was neither here nor there

+ One entrance inside directly to bedroom + Available coffee arrangements + Available desk and chair + Nice shower + Great lighting

- Integrated hair dryer doesn’t work properly - No hand soap or hand sanitizer - No shampoo for showering - Non-dairy coffee creamer should not have said “Contains Milk”

It was more quiet than expected being near an airport. The 90 toll road to get back to the city is up the street. The 290 is about a 10-20min ride I think away. Shopping centers and restaurants are near by. There's a Denny's across the street with a BP gas station. A Shell gas station is right next door. A Dunkin is also up the street.

The room could have used a microwave and mini fridge. At minimum put the fridge in the room and a couple microwaves near the coffee station in the lobby. This will enhance the room experience.

The super queen beds, the bathtub, close to a pharmacy and supermarket

Persobal smoking, and the smell entered my room. It would be nice to add a coffee maker to the room.

what breakfast there was only coffee.

You should update your furniture start with Matresses and sheets. The heater system in the room 8s antiquated very loud.

Close to the airport

As stated in other reviews, the hotel could definitely use some upgrades. Although in working condition, air conditioner and beds are work out. I think most of the residents were long term. I can stay there again for sure.

The location was great . Was flying out of O'Hare Airport and it was 10 minutes away. Plenty of eating places around Hotel. The shower was great, lot's of pressure!

The only thing was no shampoo in the shower. I didn't bring any with.

The Area was nice an good food was not far away .an being close to the airport is always a plus

The bed was a little too soft for me an the small TV

It's in a good location near restaurant's, stores, public transportation.

One thing I don't like is that the maids didn't come to clean give clean towels or anything else.
