Breakfast was decent. . Plenty of fruit--a real plus. Also, the service was very good and polite. Lovely facilities--spacious, clean, etc. Also, great location--near lovely restaurants and other amenities. Annie Liu was very helpful with some issues we had. Great lady.

Would suggest better quality oatmeal and crisp bacon. We had ordered king bed and instead were stuck with 2 doubles. Also, had booked with 2 free breakfasts but was given one ticket (it should have been 2)--which I didn't even know what it was for until later. When we were then asked to pay for breakfast, it took some doing for staff to come through --but they did, accepting we had breakfast coming. There was no clock in the room and more light would have been nice.

the Staff is extremely welcoming and friendly. upon check-in we we treated so warmly and with a big smile and a positive attitude! I was so impressed with his professionalism yet warm welcoming. The bartenders I had were so welcoming and friendly and engaged me in just the right amount of conversation. We will definitely be back. We had the executive suite and the room is spectacular and well worth it.

There was a slight problem but it was admittedly addressed and handled spectacularly by the Front Desk.

Good clean hotel

Cleaning service only after 3 nights. In booking apps it is wtiteen that adding breakfast is 11.95$. The hotel asked for 19.95$ and would not agree for booking price! For 3 gests and for 3 nighs it is 72$ more!!! The hotel is very far from town. We used the park and ride to go to fown town with subway.

I purchased breakfast from the coffee café and the breakfast buffet. The café was reasonably priced but my egg & potato bowl wasn't heated properly with cold spots found within, so it could have been better. The buffet was much better, tasty food and plenty of variety, attentive staff too.

Nothing to complain about, all was good.

Breakfast was good wish it would have been included in price. Everyone (staff) was so friendly and courteous. Nice lap pool, but a little cool.

The outside pool, and hot tub were closed. And had to pay for breakfast.

The staff were so professional and accommodating. I had a horrible flight coming in and had an attitude when I arrived. The staff kept their composure (of course I apologized profusely) and the night clerk a smile on his face the whole time. Everyone was so professional. I want to bring my husband back just for vacation. I love the city and this hotel. The breakfast was outstanding!! So many items to choose from.

The location is great, close to the O'hare airport but far enough from the whole traffic. Very clean hotel with very welcoming staff. Breakfast was great, much better than most of the hotels. Right by a nice mall with nice restaurants.

The last call at the bar could be a bit later.

The room was nice, the bar and Cafe area down stairs was very nice, staff was always quick to respond.

The vending machines on property were sold out of most drinks, no microwave in room. The sofa in the room was very firm.

The bar and restaurant was very nice. The bartender and waitress was very accommodating. My room was clean and comfortable. The check-in was friendly and curious.

I was billed for a additional night that I did not stay.and there was a long drawn out process in getting the money refunded.

I had already written a review awhile back. My stay was very pleasant and I would definitely stay at that Hyatt again especially because of the convenience of the rental car office located inside the hotel.
