Love the breakfast! So clean and lots of options, way better than most. Beds were great, showers and bathroom cleaned well, lots of room in a king bed for two adults and two under two. Check in was easy. People at from were nice from front desk to room service.

Wish there was a mini microwave, some type of all day juice or water option non paid. Pool was just a tad dirty, there was a towel in the pool when we walked in.

Very comfy bed and friendly staff. The room was a great size and loved the layout.

The carpeted floors had a number of sticky spots that were pretty off-putting. The door to the toilet and shower room is needlessly huge and you have to squeeze by the toilet just to open and close from inside. Breakfast is mediocre.

Breakfast-Great; Room-Great; Staff-mixed feelings...The EVENING staff, when we arrived, was great (courteous, professional, helpful).

The MORNING staff, the day of our departure. Very disengaged...I would say rude but they didn't utter a word to anyone...I'm not even sure they were aware that there were guests present....They seemed very busy working on something else and the guests were an afterthought. I think some/more training in hospitality may be needed for some of the staff.

The room, the staff was friendly and helpful.

The TV options, like no previews of up coming shows, not being able to sign into Netflix without having to go through all the required steps and still only able to watch on a personnel device. Too many commercials

Staff was WONDERFUL! Front desk people were so sweet and the guy mopping the floor even offered to help me when he saw me carrying a bunch of stuff. Very helpful and pleasant. Breakfast was good.

We picked this hotel specifically because of the pool. The pictures looked amazing online. But when my husband and boys went down to swim, the water was really cloudy and there was a film on the water. There was a GIANT wad of hair floating in it.

To be honest, I was expecting the breakfast to be better. I like to think of myself as pretty easy going but the food wasn't the best. Went there at 8:00 and I understand it was busy, but every bowl was just about empty. Had to wait forever for a fork and refill on the orange juice.

Good location and easy in and out. Very friendly staff that had contact with.

In the shower it appeared that the ceiling of the enclosure looked like mold on it. Several brownish spots were present. Didn’t notice then until was actually taking a shower. Didn’t use the shower after that.

It was clean and the location.

I would like to see mini tray's in room. They would be helpful in bringing your breakfast up to your room. I have used them at other hotels and are very helpful especially when you have no extra hands to help you carry your water, coffee and plates of breakfast food....

The staff were extremely friendly. Clean rooms,big enough for my family. Love the location. Hotel was beautiful. Very nice breakfast in the morning. The pool was really nice for kids. The staff handed me 4 warm towels for us as we were getting out of the pool. Amazing!!! Great job to all staff.

Honestly I really enjoyed everything.

We had a nice trip as usual with Hyatt Place, we stay there when we can,

Booking,com quoted us $564 for stay but I was charged $689. Not sure who to be mad yet til I find what happened.
