Proximity to expressway, safety, malls, business center. I went to the city and surrounding suburbs throughout my stay and it was an excellent location. The staff was responsive and friendly. The rooms were clean and I practically sank into the bed. I slept very well.

Far from my family and friends since most were in Chicago south and southwest from the hotel. But, I still love the hotel. I didn't try the restaurant, but so many restaurants and convenience stores in area, I didn't miss it.

This room is perfect for catching an early flight - it's very quiet and only 10 minutes away from the airport. Despite its proximity to the runway, I didn't hear any noise from takeoffs or landings. The bed is large and comfortable, and the shower is great. Plus, there's a microwave in the room for added convenience.

I had a lovely stay at the hotel, though I must admit that the mattress provided was a bit too soft for my liking. Despite this minor setback, I found the overall experience to be quite pleasant. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

The only thing that I was a little disappointed by was the location. It was a $28 uber ride each way, so factor this into your budget when renting the room. other then that it is perfect place a night or two.

not much around the hotel. advertisement said there was a hotel shuttle but when I arrived and finally got through on the phone I was informed the website was incorrect.

When I first went into the hotel, my first impression was one of awe. Beautifully decorated, the air of sophistication and trendy..I knew I would like the rest. My room was immaculate, peaceful even. The bed was a king, and it was one of those beds where you sink into bliss. The three nights I was there, I had uninterrupted sleep..a big win for me because I can't sleep. The staff was friendly and courteous. I did not go to the restaurant on site, but it smelled wonderful.

My key card kept losing my room number. So I'd take the elevator up, find out that it didn't work, go back down to the front desk to have them reprogram it. The other thing was the lighting...it just seemed so dark with the lights on. During the day with the drapes open, you can see everything, but at night it was a problem. I am a jewelry designer and I wanted to work on some pieces I brought with me I only had time at night. It was very, very hard to do that. One last thing, put safety treads in your bathtubs, because it's so slippery when they are wet. I used a large towel.

This stay was a very pleasant one. My daughter lives in Chicago and we drove from Texas, to visit her. We go every year, but every year we stay at different hotels because we have never been satisfied with the ones we have stayed in. This year was so different. We will be staying here again. The staff was friendly and professional, the room was very clean, spacious, my husband was able to work out in the mornings and there were plenty of restaurants and stores nearby. Great experience.

I was stranded in Chicago due to flight issues. This hotel was open, clean and accepting guests. Checked in around midnight and all was good. Checked out around 5 am

Having a microwave in the room

Person at the desk spoke too fast told us we would not get our room serviced as we were only staying 4 nights. Not enough tea and coffee supplied. Never smoked in my life and had to sign in 3 places on the booking form to say I would not smoke in the room.

The location was picked based on it's proximity to my work and O'Hare. I'm a professional truck driver and we are Headquartered about a mile from this location. Really We used the room to get ready for our trip to Europe for vacation.

The view from our room was of a parking lot and another trucking company. The noise from the outside was tolerable but it would have been nice to have a view from another vantage point. Nothing really bad to say, it has all the amenities expected.

I loved the location as it was less than 10 mins away from the Allstate Arena where we were attending a concert. Close to food places and stores, and traffic was manageable and not overwhelming which was a big plus as I live about 3 hrs from the Chicago area and not used to heavy traffic!
