This hotel was centrally located for my friends to pick me up for the various adventures we were planning to go on. It was exceptionally quiet and clean, and unbelievably comfortable. The room I had was perfect for my stay, the hair dryer was awesome (not just a rinky-dink travel dryer), and the shower was hot and had great pressure. The gentleman at the front desk, I think his name was Gerardo, was very welcoming and attentive. I didn't get a chance to try the breakfast (my friends had restaurants they wanted to take me to) but it smelled fantastic, and the breakfast area was very cute and seating was ample. One of my favorite parts was the lighting of the room. All very easy to access and provided plenty of lighting options for times of day or TV watching. The hotel is near train tracks, but surprisingly you could only really hear the rumble and it sounded more like just a big truck driving by than anything. The horns were even muffled and just sort of nice background noise. There honestly, wasn't anything I didn't like! I even told my friends I would recommend that as the hotel for anyone else coming to visit.

All the items in the Breakfast were very tasty and delicious. We all (all my family members - 4 members - including one college student and one High school student) felt the same and we exchanged our opinions and thought multiple times about our experience throughout our 4 day trip to Aurora, Chicago and Dearborn, MI, where we stayed at different hotels in all those 3 locations. We felt it as the best; we felt that the food was prepared with so much attention and care; we felt the room was very spacious compared to all those hotels we visited so far in the US during last 12 years and clean and hygienic.

I loved the Dove products in the bathroom. The room was very spacious. I loved the lighting in the room and the large television on the wall.

The only thing that I could complain about was the noise. The people on my floor would talk very loud in the hallway. And on Saturday night, around 3am, a man was screaming at the top of his lungs, arguing with someone.

Front desk did a terrific job problem solving that my last name and first name were reversed in the system. I appreciated their persistence. Room was clean and breakfast was a nice assortment of grain, eggs and fruit.

I wouldn't have changed a thing for a better stay, we weren't there very long. Didn't get to try the pool. Maybe next time.

The staff are very friendly. The room smelt musty when we entered, so we turned the ax off and that cured the problem. Also disconnected the fridge as it made a racket at night. Plugged back in on leaving.

The hotel was clean and spacious. Front desk person with fancy glasses was very helpful and took the time to explain everything.

Booking.com mislead us. We actually wanted to stay at Naperville not Aurora. Booking.com should take down "Naperville - Aurora", they're different. It's either the one in Naperville or Aurora and they are at least 15 minutes from one another.

The hotel was spotless. The room was very nice and the bed was comfortable. Everyone was friendly and professional. It was close to everything I wanted to do.

Everything was great. I wish the pool was open a little earlier/later (9am-9pm) but that wouldn't stop me from staying there again. I will definitely be back.

The room was spacious, beds were comfortable, & EVERYONE we encountered was so nice! We also thoroughly enjoyed the pool & hot tub! Breakfast was good too!

Very comfortable, quiet and clean! The kid suite was amazing and just what our family needed.

The pool is a little smaller than average but its very clean and cozy.
