Eastland Suites Extended Stay Hotel & Conference Center Urbana

Room was clean. Staff was great. Far better than similar hotels in the Champaign Urbana areas.

Nice large King suite. Full kitchen with utensils and cooking equipment. Full stove refrigerator and microwave. The free drink at the bar was an awesome perk. Lots of pillows and towels. Everything was comfortable and exceptionally clean. Breakfast was full including scrambled eggs sausage biscuits gravy fruit yogurt cereal milk toast muffins and bagels. Perfect start to the day

I was charged my room rate and deposit equal to the room rate at check in. When I checked out I was charged yet again. Not sure why i had to pay again at check out. Hopefully these extra funds will be released soon. Some employees were not very sure of what the amenties were i.e. the cocktail reception! Walls were thin and we heard neighbors that were across the courtyard.

The breakfast was fresh and good (only suggestion would be better coffee 😜). The pool was nice and my two kids really enjoyed themselves.

We could have used better communication at check in. I wasn't told that I had only been given one set of keys, because they were running more - two keys were included, but one only worked for exterior doors and the only only worked for our room.

The price was great. The room was clean and modern, and after we checked in, we were told we could each get a free drink at the lobby bar... so we got a couple of beers and took them up to our room. Nice perk after a long day of driving!

The check-in was a bit messy (we were told our credit card was rejected and we had to give the clerk a different one), but after we got to our room, the clerk called us and said that he realized it was his error that our card would not run and he and his manager corrected the issue - proactively. Nice! That's good customer service.

Very noisy customers and therefore uncomfortable stay. I know that this is not the facility’s fault however it is an indication of the quality of your stay.

I love this hotel. it’s in a great location, great breakfast, and the rooms are large with comfortable beds.

staff isn’t always the friendliest (specifically the front desk) our key cards didn’t work well so we had to keep walking a crazy far distance to get new ones.

Great for softball, baseball, soccer teams. Clean, well manicured lawn courtyard area, hot breakfast served, indoor pool, great welcoming staff. Right off 57

Location gave safety concerns initially, however experienced no issues at all!

I was there coming from Florida to help my disabled daughter. They gave us a run around about having someone pay over the phone with their card when they did it when we first checked in. Told us we had to have it figured out by 1 so we left. After being there 4 days no troubles with payments or us. This use to be my go to hotel when in Chambana.

Decent hotel for the price. Convenient. Staff was very nice

Breakfast was probably the worst we've had at a hotel. We ate out the 2nd day. The vending machines that we tried to use, did not work. The water fountain did not work.

very clean. comfy king bed and linen. nice towels. bathtub awesome. , shower was hot with good pressure. Breakfast complete with eggs, bacon,sausage, tater tots, cereals, muffins, breads, coffee, juices, milk, full bar and restaurant. slots. computer. copy machine. beautiful very large pool. kitchen with full frig, dishwasher, stove, sink etc….couldn’t ask for anything more.
