The Farmhouse is a great restaurant, but it's not always open. This is very close to the NU campus, which makes it very convenient. The gym is good.

This hotel is a little dreary. Not that clean. I've stayed here multiple times and one of the elevators is always busted. Snacks at the front desk are terrible. Expensive for what it is

We loved the staff -- especially Sophia, who was so warm and fun. And the location was perfect as the event we were attending was a reunion at Northwestern. The restaurant that's connected to the hotel serves a next level burger, too.

During showers the whole bathroom floor got very wet. We were given an ADA room and so there was no tub or perimeter between shower area and rest of the bathroom and while there were two drains and a bit of a slope to presumably keep water draining toward the shower, it just was surprising how ineffective the drains seemed to be. We used more towels than expected to try to keep the floor by the toilet and under the sink dry. I also worried a little about using a hairdryer in the bathroom, while standing on wet tile.

Loved the staff, especially the valet staff and location was in a cute part of downtown and close to the campus which is why we were there.

We were put in the most recently renovated room. It was very small, bathroom is tiny and some things were not complete. Still painters tape on the wall.

This Historic Hotel that I have appreciated for 35 years is back on its game. It stalled out during Covid but glad to see that they are back to hard work, done with excuses, and stopped over-managing guests with signs everywhere and stickers all over the floor. Great location and I enjoyed this stay! Congrats to whomever righted this ship.

I hope Hilton Orrington and local businesses will keep pressure on Evanston government to keep the streets safe and welcoming. Evanston has become a safe place for marijuana users and skateboard profanity while forgetting that community, business and institutions like Northwestern drive its well being.

the breakfast was convenient.My chocolate lovers enjoyed free access to the candy; but they were responsible and not candy gluttons.

This is an older Hilton, so less luxurious than some. But the staff were friendly and efficient, the beds were amazingly comfortable, and in the end that's what matters. The fitness room is small but you can get a workout done, and several guests did, on Sunday morning. So I really liked most of it.

Other than the parking situation, this was really nice! The staff was very friendly, the hotel was spotless and modern, and the room was huge and gorgeous. Absolutely loved my stay there.

They should mention that there is 0 overnight street parking in the area so you have to pay for a valet or go to a parking garage a block or two away. It's still a nice neighborhood so I didn't mind the walk from the garage, but it would have been nice to know they have no type of parking lot or street accommodations (without paying).

We had breakfast outside the hotel. The rooms and the beds were extremely comfortable. The shower had great pressure. My daughter has medication that has to be refrigerated and she asked the front desk if the could put the ice blocks she uses in her travel bag. They couldn't have been nicer.

Nothing comes to mind. I was very happy with everything.

The staff was outstanding--Very attentive and helpful in obtaining transportation, restaurants and obtaining extra room supplies! As an historic hotel, the room had all the necessary upgrades to charge phones and laptops.

It was an easy walk to the university and downtown Evanston. The room was huge, well equipped, and very comfortable.

Soft drink machine out of order on third floor. Ice was superb.
