Barbara is an excellent office manager. Housekeeper is excellent, keeping things cleaner than many more expensive hotels. There was always someone at the desk if needed. There are no bugs! The shower has good pressure and nice hot water. The fridge and microwave help a lot. The place was quiet. The location is convenient.

There are no hooks or rods at all, so hanging clothing requires creativity. Surfaces are limited. There was no chair in my room. There are no shelves in the shower, so soap and shampoo go on the floor. The key cards were glitchy; mine had to be reprogrammed repeatedly (but thankfully there was always someone at the desk to do that).

Julian from the front desk was really helpful and friendly. He was always willing to help, really nice. I was in Chicago to see a concert and hotel was kind of close from the theater. Hotel does not offer breakfast however there is a place around the corner where serves a decent one. Hotel is very clean. There is a vending machine at the front desk where you can buy water and others few beverages from. They let me do early check in and late check out free of charge, which was great.

I missed having some hooks to hang clothes.

it was clean and the inside was nicer than i was expecting for how much i paid, very much worth the money

that the staff is so weird about multiple people being in the room. i told staff i gave a key to a friend cause they were coming by, and they gave me a whole thing about how their IDs aren't on the reservation. but that felt like a cop out because any damage done to the place is on my bill regardless. it just feels so extra for no reason. staff was still nice tho, i just think it's a goofy rule

I needed a place to stay for a night on the north side of Chicago, and the budget was pretty tight. I spend hours looking on airbnb and communicating with different hosts. The responses were mostly, "street parking and make sure you don't wake up my grandmother". Long story short I took a gamble on Rodeway Inn and it paid off. The room was clean, neat and comfortable. The towels were nice and the bed was more than acceptable. The room was small, but had a TV, table with chairs, king size bed, a microwave, fridge and coffee maker. Check in was super easy and the parking was FREE. Wifi is also free (I didn't use it). It's walking distance to Panera and Starbucks. It's about halfway between Lake Shore Drive and the Edens Expressway, so getting anywhere is pretty easy. Lou Malnati's - the best pizza in the history of pizza - is minutes away.

Two small things: A shelf in the bathroom near the sink to put lotions, potions and toothpaste. There was no place to hang up clothes and no hangers to hang them on.

Room was clean and comfortable. Location was very handy for Little India and the restaurants there. We enjoyed great Indian and Lebnani food during our stay. Bus stop was five minutes walk away.

No public bar close by

Clean, basic accommodations as we were looking for. We especially appreciated fridge and table for 2.

Limited to two bath towels and one wash cloth; we expected one or two hand towels too. We also wished there were hooks or rack to hang a few jackets and shirts.

Cheap and close enough to Wrigley Field. Barbara at the front desk, allowed us to check in and was pleasant and friendly.

The rooms could really use another garbage can or two and maybe a shelf in the shower

Everything. It was so clean and cozy. Staff was very friendly. It took about a minute to get booked into our room. 10/10 would stay here again

The only tiny little thing I would say is that there was no little shelf in the shower to place shampoo and stuff. But that's nothing compared to how great our stay was here :)

The Cleanliness and it is in the heart of city

At the Chek-in time they have debited as security deposit USD100 from my card which was not informed us during the booking. Need the Breakfast to be included with booking. Required Micro Oven in the room to heat up the Food

Easy parking, security cameras, friendly staff, easy access to bus line, within walking distance of food and shopping.

The water did not stay cold, there wasn't much space on the knob for how cold I wanted the shower. The water did get incredibly warm. Very good for people that like hot showers! Only other things would be that the showerhead was a little leaky and I did not see a "do not disturb" or "no housekeeping" sign.
