Staff was very welcoming and professional actually tried to get to know us better which I love.
There wasn’t much of a selection in the area for snacks and food and no microwave or fridge in our room was disappointing. I wish you offered plain chocolate chip cookies because the ones offered had nuts on them and I’m allergic to nuts.

The white bed spread cover was not very clean on either bed. They should be laundered after EVERY use like the sheets are. Especially, since people are more aware of health issue that come from non sterilized bedding. We were thankful we brought our OWN bed covers. The floor ( carpet) was not very clean either. When we arrived, we were not told by the gentleman who checked us in about all the amenities you had to offer. A little disappointing as we were the only ones at the front desk at the time.

CoaCoa was fabulous at the front desk checking me in gave me a room close to my sister, was very friendly and did her job perfectly. She even gave me 2 warm cookies 🍪. She represents your hotel in great fashion!!

The only thing that we found wrong was there was no continental breakfast for the price we paid to stay and that breakfast was an additional charge. We are just used to the breakfast being available at no extra charge! But, that was the only negative thing we found! We will stay here again next trip for sure!

The room was clean and the hotel was located within driving distance to Naperville.
The shower head was aimed at an odd angle and our toilet broke the first night. We were able to fix the toilet.

We checked in with good timing. The place was quiet. Very nice atmosphere.
There was quite a bit of snow on the walks coming in. The parking area to check in was full. We had to drive around a few times to grab our belongings to get into the front door.

Only two options to park and the front that was closer to our room was packed full of people that were there for a meeting or something.

Small thing, no bath towel ... wish I'd noticed before stepping into the shower. Restaurant cooking could do with some pepping up
