Loved the complete breakfast. It was well thought out. Lots of options. Would have loved a waffle maker but the pancakes were great! Pillows and bed were great as was the shower. House keeping was friendly and helpful. Blonde front desk woman was great as was the woman who was there Saturday morning.

Thursday night staff not so great. Kitchen closed an hour or more early. We asked for chips and dip. Bartender seemed not to understand our request and kept saying the kitchen was closed. We kept pointing to the sign that said it was open until 10 pm. He went to get the woman at the front desk who gave us some explanation that didn’t make sense as why we couldn’t get chips and dip. Anyway, we bought a WAY over priced bag of cheese it’s (5.49 for a 1.29 bag?THAT IS RIDICULOUS!) and the front desk woman didn’t even offer us anything from the snack area and then made us pay for the crackers. Saturday desk woman made it right.

Love the room set up of the studio. Very comfortable and well designed (e.g. hooks and shoe rack by the door, TV that can rotate to face where you are sitting, whether the bed, couch or kitchenette, movable cube ottomans. Breakfast is good too, and the staff were great!

We appreciate that dogs are allowed, but be aware that the pet fee is steep: starts at $75 and jumps up to $175 if you stay 7 nights or more.

Only room cleaning on 4 out of 11 days, not even minor clean up was done, even though it was said; kitchenette is really small with not really great tools to cook something small at all, really tiny pot; not much around the hotel, but close to Oak Brook Center; nothing provided to hang up shirts

Everything was great. Fitness center and breakfast was top notch. Room was incredibly clean, great shower. Checkout was easy. I did not try the aquatic facilities or business center-- in other stays I might have done so.

It was not straight forward to get a receipt emailed to me but I was able to do it from the hyatt site in a self service manner. I should have asked the front desk before I left. Location is lame, you need a car to get around. About a $15 uber from the closest Metra stations. But that's more on the suburbs than this hotel.

My room was nice and comfortable.

I had to wait a few hours for a room down during my 9 day stay. But it was not to bad. I think checking on this who are staying first may speed up the day. Because all I requested were towels and sheets which I could change myself.

Great breakfast with freshly made omelette, friendly staff, good location for our purpose of being close to Oak Brook Center and to Willowbrook

Pool smells awful, room wasn't cleaned very frequently, late check out only at pretty high cost possible even after a one week stay, kitchen equipment not really usable (dirty, old)

friendly front desk staff, overall clean room, listened to request for quiet room, good hot breakfast offered most mornings, location was quiet and very convenient to everything, plenty of parking

sheet had red stain at head of bed, restaurant/bar was closed due to staffing issues, gym was not ventilated and very hot, no outdoor pool or hot tub (only indoors), housekeeping was either not available or very slow with requests

I loved the friendliness of the staff, the fitness room, pool, fire pit, free breakfast, etc. We stayed at the Hyatt House for an extended period and everyone was always friendly and helpful.

The water was out because of repairs in Oak Brook; there was a day we didn't have water for a full day. Then it took a couple hours for the hot water to come on after the water was turned back on. It was huge inconvenience.

Hotel is great! Room was spacey with everything you need, clean and comfortable. I slept soooo good. Large tv on a swivel. Restaurant on site, as well as so many to choose from all around. Indoor pool, social area with firepit, continental breakfast

Everything about the hotel. My husband and i got a king room and saw the suite and was able to upgrade without a problem on the same day.

Not yall fault, but the only thing I didn't like - no restaurants or stores walking distance. But other than that, i liked everything.
