Spacious, comfortable and very clean rooms. Liked the convenience of a breakfast buffet with some hot items. Since the pandemic not all hotels have gone back to including breakfast.

There was a little confusion at check in. I had booked 2 rooms under my name and added the relative's name I was traveling with who would be in the 2nd room. When I first checked in, they only gave a key for 1 room and said the 2nd room wasn't displayed. I had all my confirmation paperwork and I was paying for both rooms (treating my family member). I had to wait for the manager to call Booking.com to figure it out. My relative had to officially check in with her ID. I'm glad she was with me. It all turned out fine in the end.

The breakfast for the price was great, we didn't have to leave the hotel.

The hotel, although not brand new, was very well kept and cared for. Our room was clean and the layout was fantastic for the kids to have their own living room/TV space. The pool was nice and the girls loved it! The staff was also very kind and accommodating.

The bed was a little too firm for my preference but I can't really complain. The pool room was very very hot. I wish it had better ventilation as it was 100 degrees outside and the room felt like a sauna.

The parking situation was unacceptable. I had to pay $6 per night to leave my car on the side of the road. I returned at 10 on Saturday evening and there was nowhere to park. I was forced to sit in the car and wait for someone to leave. I also had to have my room key “recharged” 3x in 2 days. I was on the 10th floor. The up and down trip back and forth was annoying.

it was directly next to the Drury Theater which is why we were in the area to see a play.

we did have an issue with Booking.com. I had reserved two rooms and they only were showing one room for me via Booking.com. I had to call which took an hour of my time to get this straightened out. The manager said this happens when you book 2 rooms in one name. Just an FYI for future reference.

The suite was wonderful. I had an end suite that was very spacious. The room was very clean. I bring wipes to wipe everything off but every surface was spotless. The bed was very comfortable.

I didn't see much staff, only the front desk and at breakfast. The parking was limited. I didn't want to park too far away since I returned late and was alone. So didn't have much choice.

dinner at bar was good, court area was unexpectedly very nice. Suite size was plentiful and well layed out, big Tv was a bonus

the heat didnt work at all only blew cold air, turned it off to keep room as warm as possible, notified staff at checkout, paying for parking was unexpected, considering the location,

I liked the pool. I loved my bed. I loved breakfast. The staff were super nice. The place was beautiful. The price was very low for how nice of a place it was. Room was huge.

I did not like how gard it was to set up the pullout

Friendly staff great room bartender was very pleasant and accommodating.

the TV stations were terrible what about Movie channels with more intellectual content then Daddy’s home Need more waste paper baskets. lack of information about facility in the room where was the hair blower?

Convenient location, not far from downtown in a nice area, lots of places to eat and shop close by. Clean hotel with a mini fridge, microwave, and small sink.

The noise from the highway is rather loud. We heard the toilets above us all night long and some odd banging noise. I think it was just the location of our room. We were always right outside of the elevator so we heard the elevator traffic constantly. I would suggest getting a room outside of room 1 on each floor.
