I liked that the room was near the door.

The pool was filthy, food in it and very visible black mold on spots of the ceiling. The breakfast was horrible, we weren’t given vouchers for my daughter and when we went to go eat, we were told we could only pick one thing (small cereal, muffin, breakfast sandwich or burrito) and the staff almost didn’t give my 5 year old food because we were only given 2 vouchers (one for me & husband), and it was just sad. The entire place smelled of marijuana, and there was an altercation that resulted in loud arguing in the hallway, outside the hotel and the police were involved. There was also someone’s dirty boxers left from a previous stay, behind the bathroom door in our room.

The breakfast was good with waffles, sausage, cereals, juices and the like. The staff kept the place clean and we didn't have to wait to eat - bonus. The vending machines are well stocked also. We had a suite at the end of the hotel, so parking was a breeze. We spent 4 nights. The sun came in through the bedroom window (as well as the parking lot lights), but the blackout curtains did their job. The Dunkin' Donuts a block away is nice too!

It is an older building, so no 5 stars on paint freshness, but the room, towels and bedding were all clean and crisp. The refrigerator was a little noisy on startup, but we closed the door to the bedroom and didn't notice. Oh, and the upper parking lot floods in heavy rain. You will need baggies for your shoes during a deluge. :-)

The front desk was exceptionally good! So friendly and accommodating. That king-size bed we had was so so comfortable and the bath towels were white and fluffy. It was a great stay, we will be returning when we visit Chicago in the future!

I should have requested a room a little closer to the elevator...after a night of walking the Navy Pier after our dinner cruise, then trying to get to our room, I could hardly make it!

I enjoyed the location. The breakfast in the morning were very good.

I had a couple of Maitenance issues. The refrigerator made noise. The washing machine didn’t work.

The location was perfect. There is are plenty of restaurants and stores for your needs. It's also need far from the expressway.

The only thing I did not like was the manner in which we were greeted when we entered the location. At almost all locations when I would enter they would say something like Hi are you check-in? Not this place. I was asked if it was something she could help me with as if I was lost or needed help. When I said No, I was there to check-in she seemed surprised.

Easy in making reservations when storm deprived us of electricity.

Large enough accommodations and Jisela Renteria welcome us warmly , taking care of family needs ( 3 adults and an infant).

The room was nice, but notice that it was clean but there were cigarettes stains on the toilet the counter and jacuzzi. But overall the person who check me in was a delight and welcoming..

Pillows and sheets had stains. Couch had stains. Pool was open but Sauna was closed. Burns on carpet and smell of smoke through out hotel.

Staff and customer service was exceptional. My room was clean and had what I needed for a nightly stay. Location was good too.

Nothing really. They had everything I need.
