I prepaid stay then needed to adjust stay to arrive one day sooner. I made change request and followed up with Booking.com agent to make sure it could be accomplished. I was assured that contact had been made and change had been successful. Unfortunately, electronic reservation showed a wonky, illegible name that made it difficult to find me when I arrived at hotel. This made check-in rough. It was fortunate front desk team was able to accommodate due to a last minute cancellation,

The location was great - at the edge of the mall so meals and entertainment was easily accessible. That said, we had some of the best food and drink while at the onsite bar! Great cocktails and delicious appetizers.

The way the entrance is designed is confusing. The lighting in the bedroom was quite dim. The prep space in the bathroom (around the sink) was extremely tight for two people trying to get ready simultaneously.

The hotel itself was nice and comfortable, I would say reliable comfort and cleanliness that one would expect with Marriott. It was such a convenience to have a restaurant right upstairs although it was way overpriced for the value in my opinion . The location of the actual hotel was great for access to the park where my son was playing soccer . The hotel staff was amazing and allowed me an extra hour before checkout, very friendly too.

Everything! Staff exceptional. Kudos to Maxine! Attention to detail. Polite. Exceedingly helpful. Beautiful property. Proximity tok shopping center was a definite plus. Shopping with granddaughter for her birthday gift was a pleasure from beginning to end.

I didn't eat at the hotel.

I called the front desk in the afternoon because the toilet was not flushing. Noone came that day or evening. I had to call again in the morning before I left the room.

Room was quite comfortable. Bathroom was very nice. Impressed with room being supplied with Malin and Goetz products.

Need brighter lighting at vanity to put on makeup. Someone knocking on my door in the middle of the night.

The staff was more than accommodating during our stay. I had a little hiccup when I got there and they made sure everything from there was excellent. I would definitely recommend.

Our glass shower door did not stay closed so I had to hold it closed while I showered. easy to fix, everything else was completely perfect

Nice common areas, comfortable bed. Staff at both the front desk and the restaurant were great!

Rooms themselves seemed a bit dated - although the mid century modern chair was quite comfy.

The atmosphere when I walked in to check both attendees in the front was very kind and courteous. They had great smiles and just the atmosphere was awesome.
