Room needed major touch ups, upkeep and updates: Very drafty windows so windows had a lot of condensation Peeling wallpaper and paint in bathroom Water did not drain from tub very well at all No modern charging plug ins near the bed/side tables Surprised there was not a mini fridge Pool was not available Yoga mat randomly thrown on floor was there one night and still there the next morning Clock was not working in workout room

When checking in, instead of 357 dollars, the card charged 440 dollars for two days. The windows in the room do not open. Very small room for the money.

The property is beautiful and impeccably clean and orderly. Room was perfect. Many comfortable work stations. We had dinner and cocktails at 1909 Lounge. Food and staff were superior. A definite win in every aspect of our trip.

Close to the restaurant we dined
Bed mattress was sagging to the middle, did not get a good night sleep. There was no trash can in the bathroom and the trash can in the room had no bag in it, just a basket.

The hotel was clean and the staff were polite. The hotel is easy to get to and is in a nice location. And let’s just say the complimentary cookies are amazing.
It would be helpful to have something in the room that talks about breakfast hours, room service, restaurant hours.
