My husband had me and elbow pain in the middle of the night. They provide some ibuprofen and opened up the hot tub so he could soak. The pillows were extra fluffed and comfy. They gave us some extra towels without issue. I initially booked my reservation online and had to reschedule for the following night. They were courteous and very helpful with getting that rescheduled without getting charged extra fees.

When we first got into the room whatever they used to clean the rooms was awfully strong. I opened the window and let it air out while we did some shopping. The shower curtain rod did not allow the door to open all the way.

Easy check-in and check-out. Stay was friendly and efficient. Room with one king had this space. I like that the sink is inside the bathroom and not in the room area. Very close to Maquoketa State Park.

A nice recliner would have been a nice addition to the room. There was plenty of room for one.

It was very nice stay. Everything was very clean and well kept. It is in a great location. Breakfast was good, lots of options. Our kids had a blast there.

We really wanted to go swimming, but the pool was under contruction which we wished was stated on the site before we booked it.

Breakfast was pretty good, a couple mornings the sausage was a little cold and the last day they ran out.

Im used to daily room cleaning, they say its due to the pandemic but lets get real. Its a lack of service in my book. Passing cleaning onto the customer is a complete turnoff and the price doesnt reflect the non-service.

The beds were super comfortable, it was clean, & pool was nice. The staff was wonderful & very nice.

The breakfast was ok but could use some work

Breakfast gravy was so salty I couldn't eat it and the sausage patty was mushy. The pasty and apple juice were great.

The elevator was broken, so we had to climb stairs. Also, there was an off-color note left in a notepad in the room, which made us wonder how thoroughly the room had been cleaned.

Friendly staff and overall nice facility

Found broken closet door stuck open in the walkway...... kind of in the way, also shower curtain rod in the way of fully opening bathroom door, an issue with husband and wife both in the room at the same time
