the staff was friendly and helpful- the beds were comfortable - the room was spacious, clean and had all sorts of amenities

there were a couple hillbilly dads doing cannonballs with the kids for two hours.. kind of turned a relaxing dip in the pool into a nightmare… I kept hoping they would smack into each other at one point, but it didn’t seem worth hanging out long enough to find out… I knew it was two hours because I could hear them performing Riverdance all the way back to their room… but it was nice that the pool was opened and everything was well maintained and once they entered their room, everything was quiet. Rooms were pretty soundproof

It was ok, the oatmeal was good. The set up was nice. The sausage and coffee were good also. The room was very clean and smelled very nice. The kitchenette set up provided what was needed to eat inside the room.

Not enough lighting in the pool area. The pool room had a bad smell. The water in the pool could have been warmer as it was cold and snowing outside.

I liked the shampoo, body soap, and lotion. (I brought my own conditioner) The pillows are my favorite. The Hilton reservation customer service people are friendly, so was Danielle our front desk staff.

The room smelled like cigarette smoke and had weird burn marks on the carpet by the bed and window. The free breakfast sausage was weird. I went to get water for my coffee but juice came out instead.

The staff and specially the manager Mr. Hussen are just amazing to deal with.. Tentative and extremely friendly to the staff and guests. The festivities always nice and broken and this is our 7 or 8 time staying here

Breakfast was really good! Staff was very friendly. Roon was clean. Lobby was beautiful! Exercise room had nice equipment.

The sofa bed had a really thin mattress so our 11 yr olds couldn't sleep on it. We put the mattress on the floor and they slept like babies. 😊 Pool was too cold for adults but kids didn't mind.

Shower had 4 small curly hairs in it and the shampoo was in a dispenser that was broken. The shampoo burned all our eyes and had me concerned afterwards that it could have been deviously tampered with. Not safe, should be using single serve bottles. But housekeeping was very nice brought us extra towels and blankets. Rest of the room was very clean.

The food was mostly gone, I asked for more and she said "we close in like 10 minutes". Never brought any more food out. It was kinda rude in my opinion

The young lady at the front desk was great.

No soap to clean the plates. There was dust on the soap in the bathroom Need more bath towels.

That it was pwet friendly, the staff was accomodating and welcoming. The facility was well cleaned, and there was no worry about housekeeping unless you asked for service. Breakfast was limited but was of good quality.

Limited/basic options for breakfast

Location was wonderful, close to shopping and a variety of restaurants. Excellent parking and convenient.

Two of the lamps didn't work and I felt like the staff member who checked me in could have explained certain accommodations better.
