The rooms are a nice size. The pull out couch is great when traveling with kids, and having a kitchen was a huge bonus. I also like that this property is pet friendly.

The rooms could have been cleaner. There was pubic hair in our shower. They were also weird about giving us towels. We stayed for a week and on our 3rd night we asked for clean towels but didn’t ask again until night 6. I was given 2 towels and when I asked for two more (there are 5 of us) I was told not to be greedy. When I told the front desk it was only our second time asking for towels I was given two more. The pool was also freezing cold.

The employees were very friendly, checking in and out was a breeze. Very roomy. Kitchen was clean and well supplied. Loved the front door of hotel locked at night.

I am very short...so I had a difficult time moving the shower head that was pointing toward the wall rather then the middle. Also the bedding. The top like quilt was old so the cotton padding made little lumps which could be felt when you sleep. Could use a little brighter colors.

breakfast was great - personal omelet made for us. nice variety of fruit - many options for breakfast to choose from. Room exceptionally large and the layout was terrific for privacy. Bed clean and comfortable. Staff from the time we checked in to the time we left a couple days later, was outstanding, professional, friendly, and courteous.

The staff was outstanding. Front desk, housekeeping and the kitchen performed exceptionally! Despite obvious facility problems, possible short staffing and rude guests(not me, I observed your staff being treated bad)...great people working patiently.

Old furniture in rooms, outdated decor and definitely needs an overall cleaning. Our rooms were clean, but not the rest of the hotel. Sauna is hideous! Smelled like an ashtray and unidentifiable food; molded to the floor.

ive stayed here before always a nice quiet pleasant weekend away from home the breakfast is great staff smiles and says hello no matter what time day or night you walk by the front desk. i will definitely stay again.

I like the kitchenette in the room and the full size refrigerator. I wasn't expecting that. I liked the walk in shower.

Noise above me, kids running/stomping on the floor. A little outdated but understand there are upgrades being done.

They had a good variety for their continental breakfast. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Beds were very comfortable and loved that we had a small kitchen in our room so we could also cook our own meals. Definitely would stay here again.

charging ports in the room defective one elevated broke while we were there

When we arrived with our grandchildren this hotel arranged a first floor room as our granddaughter was on crutches to accommodate her injury. It was greatly appreciated.

The staff was super friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and big.
