I stayed in a 2 bedroom/2 bath suite. The accommodations were spacious. I liked the private entrances. The full size refrigerator and dishwasher were both utilized. Plenty of drawers and closet space for those that like to unpack their suitcase. Upon arrival my suite was stocked with towels, extra tp, and tissue boxes. The outdoor pool was closed, but it looked like it would be enjoyed by summertime guests. In addition, there was a basketball court and some outdoor grills. The Sonesta offers a quiet setting with plenty of restaurants and a mall nearby.

The furniture was a bit outdated, but that didn't really bother me. I prefer space over a modernized environment. The dining table in my suite was a bit wobbly, but still usable. The complimentary breakfast was mediocre at best. I was hoping for more of a selection of hot foods. The waffles were cold. I threw them out. However, something is better than nothing. I was happy with a cup of coffee.

All staff members were very friendly and helpful, and quickly accommodated our requests for more pillows, help with the sofa bed, and general information. Our room was super clean, very comfortable, and we also liked the courtyard with the pool and outdoor seating area.

The wifi was non-existent in our room. We had to go to the lobby to be able to connect to it, which was a hassle. In talking to the receptionist, she mentioned she had heard the same complaint from other guests. My husband needed to do some work, and having him not be able to do so in our room was a bit of a bummer. If you advertise wifi, I'd expect it to work. That's table stakes these days.

I had an extended stay at this hotel and loved the one bedroom suite which was like a small apartment. It was equipped with enough kitchen supplies and utensils, pans, etc that I could cook some small meals for myself. Since our daughter lives in the area, we will definitely be staying again! Staff extremely nice and helpful. Beds very comfortable

Nothing to complain about.

The staff was wonderful! The room was a great size and the bed was extremely comfortable! We had our pug with us and the fact that we could take him right outside our door and down the stairs for a walk or to go potty was wonderful! We could grab a drink at the bar or a snack right inside the main office. That was really nice! The hotel is very close to many different restaurants as well as the mall, so that was awesome!

Honestly, we enjoyed our entire stay! The only thing that was a little bit inconvenient was the fact that there was only one pan to cook with, so I had to get inventive while making meals. But, that wasn't very difficult to do. The other bummer was that there was no cleaner to spray the equipment down after using the workout facility. Not really the biggest deal though!

The rooms were incredibly spacious and we loved having two bathrooms, two bedrooms, and the common space. Great value! property was centrally located and the front desk staff were very friendly and welcoming.

Upstairs guests were pretty noisy, little kids jumping around and being obnoxious. Not the properties fault and we did not call the front desk to complain. Thin ceilings that were just a bit obvious with noisy neighbors upstairs.

I booked this property for a prolonged stay to accommodate myself and my immediate family for my wedding. This is an excellent space which is very spacious. We had a 2 bedroom suite with a living room space and a kitchenette with fridge, microwave, stove and cookware that was ample for our 2 week ling stay. The front desk is very receptive and if we needed fresh towels, we could just inform them and pick them up. Housekeeping needs to be requested in advance and they provide services only after a week stay.

Since house keeping is after a week, trash elimination was a small issue although some larger trash cans were available outside the room

The suite style rooms were pretty great. And each one had it's own bathroom which was super helpful.

We appreciated the hot breakfast. It had many options. My only complaints were that there was no water offered (like at all in the whole room). And, the corn beef hash was served without cooking it (as in mushy right from the can instead of cooked until crispy).

Spacious accommodation. Clean and nicely furnished. Good value.

Noisy refrigerator -- we notified the front desk and later that day the problem seemed to have been resolved. Also didn't like the fact that the people directly below us were often camped out in chairs outside their room smoking. Since they were directly at the bottom of the stairs we had to pass right by them on our way out or in. Had to hold my breath to avoid the smoke. Also didn't like the bag breakfast -- would have preferred something more.

we were working nights so we slept during the day. when housekeeping would clean the rooms beside/below us, the door would constantly be slamming on the lock bar waking me up. other than that, all was great.
