my room was clean bed was very comfortable

from the first time when I walk through the door to check in this lady was very rude I asked was there pool was open she looked at me with the attitude and said read this note and on my way back out from checking out all three lady had a very rude attitude I was trying to see where the coffee was being made my wait time was like 15 minutes before I got checked out and I was the only one that was there in line

The General Manager Indya and the front desk clerk Jasmine were both AMAZING! I could tell they run a tight ship. The hotel was quiet with no riff raff running around, and my room was beautiful and comfortable. Sitting outside on the patio was peaceful as I felt safe at this location. As a disabled Veteran these factors were important to me. My only complaint is that breakfast was not included as advertised. That was the reason I chose Baymont. I felt like I paid extra for an unfulfilled promise Having said that, I will definitely stay at the Springfield, IL. Baymont again should my travels bring me that way again. Bravo to the owners for hiring such wonderful staff. Their amazing customer service made my stay worthwhile.

No free breakfast as advertised

Booked a room and nothing available when we arrived. No other hotels available in town MR Patel, went above and beyond and gave us a “out of order room” The only thing wrong was half of the electricity didn’t work. At that point it was 1 am, we were about to sleep in our car. Thank you!

Room was fine. Tv remote didn't work. This was the 2nd Baymont in less than a month that the TV remote didn't work.

That fact I had to come up with an $80 cash deposit before they would let me check in.

I loved the hotel. If it weren't for this hotel I would have been driving all night.

will never book with booking.com again. I accidentally booked in the wrong state. Texted them and was told Reservation was transferred. Got to my destination and had no room. Tried to call booking.com and couldn't understand a word this person was saying not to mention there was so much noise in the background. He wanted my bank info!!???!!. Really!!

my bed was sooo soft and comfortable

I asked the housekeeper for clean towels and to clean the bathroom that he never responded back and so I had to go and get cleaning supplies to clean but otherwise my three nights was wonderful

No breakfast served even though still advertised on website size of room was great. Nice sink area

Pool was horrible. Broken grab bars and ladder. Screens around pool Bathroom tub was JANKY. molded spots, loose hardware. No breakfast. Blamed "covid" stayed at other hotels that served breakfast

The cleanliness & hospitality given from the staff

It's easy to assume breakfast will be served in the morning due to the large display but it was closed.. that's something that should have been made clear in the beginning but other than that it was a vibe

Friendly staff we loved the pool and hottub. The beds were extremely comfortable and my daughter loved that she was able to watch YouTube and Netflix

The room was clean and the beds were comfy. There was a good amount of space in the room.

Breakfast was supposed to be offered but instead there was a note saying it would not be and the restaurant was closed. This was one of the reasons i booked this location so that was very disappointing.
