The rooms were nice, the location was convenient, there were restaurants and a super Walmart located within walking distance and the staff was very nice.

Staff was super friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was delicious and served different breakfast foods everyday which was nice while staying for 4 days. I would definitely stay here again if I’m ever back in the area!

The AC unit for the bed room was right next to the bed. I mean literally maybe 10inches away from the bed next to the window. This didn’t allow for proper air flow and made only that side of the bed extremely cold while the other side, including the 2nd queen bed, didn’t get much air.

Really convenient for our stopover in Springfield. Great breakfast choices. As we were only staying for one night we were looking for something really convenient which is what this was, the rooms were nice and clean, beds were comfortable. Given we're from the UK we're unlikely to be here again but I would recommend staying here.

We love the location and the room was quiet and clean.

There was supposed to be a pool and we were told after we paid that it was closed. Also. Also booking told me that I got a genius reward of a free breakfast if I booked here and I was getting my genius benefits. However, the breakfast was free to everyone staying here and my genius benefit was the same price I said that every other site on the Internet was giving including the hotel. I'm more disappointed in booking.com than I am this hotel.

This hotel was an easy drive from the sites we were visiting and convenient to restaurants and the gas station.

The ice maker wasn’t working which was inconvenient for us but obviously we know things happen.

The beds were super comfy, breakfast was good, and my grandson enjoyed the pool. Very clean!

There was only one entrance so we couldn't enter at the end of the building and we arrived around midnight, so no parking near the front was available. I was traveling alone with a 5 year old so I couldn't just leave him and my things in the lobby while I parked. Only thing I didn't like, but would definitely stay again.

No one to check us in when we arrived, waited 15 minutes for desk clerk to appear. Also took express checkout and was supposed to have a receipt emailed to me, I still have received no receipt.

Very clean hotel and room. The breakfast was very good. The TV was hard to navigate because you had to use your I pad to get the premium channels and that did not always work. The staff were mainly new and could not answer all questions like what was in the surrounding area but they tried. They did not have staff that could help with the TV. Overall awesome hotel They did charge a little more (6.00) than what was quoted by Hotel .com

The location and the staff were awesome.

Needs an update. The toilet was loose and toilet paper holder falling off the wall. The tv was super small and needs to be up higher.

Location near quality eating facilities. Room was neat and lived the bathroom vanity. Ice machines easy to access and the noise free sleeping.

I have extreme dietary restrictions and all I could eat was the eggs. At least one choice of a breakfast meat would have been much appreciated
