The whole reason we stay with Drury is because great staff, amazing dinner and breakfast and my favorite the complimentary drinks for adults!!! I look forward to ME time!! Sadly my kiddo threw up, from too much carbonation from the soda and him bounsing around. Poor Aaron, from the front desk was sp kind and understanding. I offered to clean it up but he said he'd take care of it and didn't make us feel bad about it. Very kind! They called a few days before to let us know there would be renovations going on during our stay. The construction guys were polite and professional as well.
That there isn't more locations south and east. I prefer to only stay with Drury!

My husband and I were pleasantly surprised with our stay at the Drury Inn. We ended up staying here for one night, as we had attended a wedding in town. The hotel provided easy access to the interstate, and was overall quiet. Our room was incredibly clean and also quiet. The breakfast was pretty good with plenty of different options. There is a pool, but we didn't end up using it. There was additionally a cocktail hour with free alcoholic beverages, but we did not attend as we were at a wedding. Excellent value for the price.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Drury Inn. It is an excellent value for the price. We rated it a 9 because we didn't find it totally exceptional, but that it would be an option that we would use again if we were to return to Springfield. It is somewhat dated throughout the hotel, however, but that doesn't bother us.

That were under major construction, but everyone (both staff and construction crews) were friendly and apologetic. ..hard to be upset and other than some noise, nit a big deal

The place really needs to be updated. The whirlpool made this awful sound when the jets were on that really distracted from the relaxation you are supposed to achieve when in a whirlpool.

The staff from the minute we checked in, was friendly and welcoming. We observed how they all pitched in to make certain their guests were happy and taken care of. Our room was well appointed, clean and comfortable.
We were in a room close to an exit. The door was noisy when opened and closed. Next time I will request a room far from an exit.

The hotel is very nice. Even though they are doing renovations we were very comfortable. The only down side was pool and hot tub were closed when we stayed. Paxton, the front desk clerk, was great! We enjoyed the food and drinks that were included in our room.

We were very pleased with all the services and personnel that we met and came in contact with. The real bonus to us was the offering of a light dinner/ and cocktails when we arrived at 6:30 pm. We were so exhausted after driving for 10 hours, it was a pleasure to refreshed and fed so we didn't have to go out again but rather stay in and enjoy! So very nice and then the following morning have a full hot breakfast served. Truly a bonus and thank you!

Location was close to our children who live in Rochester. Breakfast was great every day and very nice staff! We skipped dinners because we were there visiting our children and grand kids! Clean, friendly, everything you need for a stay away from home!
